This mascara is impressive and has a very nice formula- provides an excellent amount of volume. You also don't have to scrub your face for hours to remove it. It comes off easily when I take a shower. Gives a lot of volume but my lashes don't feel heavy. Buildable. The brush is very large which is great for top lashes- sometimes I actually prefer to use a smaller wand and dip it into the mascara for more precise placement.

Creates full, thick lashes but product ends up all over my brow line/eyelid after a little while. Have to check multiple times a day to wipe smudges off my eyelid. Not great.

My sister introduced me to this mascara and told me it would change my life. Boy was she right! I think I've tried every mascara ever made and this is by far my favorite! The unique brush design is what really makes this mascara work. A defined section of the brush helps get down all the way to the lash line and create extra lenght while the fluffy side helps build volume. Try this mascara and you will be hooked!

This mascara really delivers the promise of faux looking lashes. The formula is light and not clumpy at all. It makes lashes look fuller and longer and doesn't flake! I prefer this over any of the Dior mascaras!

love laura mercier masara~~no brittle lashes, but nice long ones. yeah you can get a small clump at the tip but all mascaras do that not a big deal when you consider the wonderful results

Volume and extension is great, a bit clumpy if you are in a hurry. I can apply again later in the day without too much extra clump. Is waterproof enough without the staining like the other Laura Mercier product.

Quick Take: defining, lengthening
After reading user reivews I see it's hit or miss with this product. My lashes aren't thick and plentiful but they aren't short thankfully. This mascara doesn't thicken as much as lengthen and has a great dark black color. It does have an unusual smell to it which I noticed given I usually use YSL mascaras that smell of rose. I would recommend this to users with lashes that don't need alot of thickening.

I love this mascara. It not only thickens my lashes it also takes them to the longest length they've ever been. Full, thick, lush lashes.
The big fat wand takes a bit of getting used to but it is so worth it. I've been seeking a great mascara for years and now I've found it. Thanks Laura.

I wanted to give this 5 stars but it is a bit clumpy. If you go back with a thinner mascara brush it will even out the application. It gives amazing volume though just be careful for clumps!

I am a big fan of Laura Mercier and all of her products. You just feel like you are really pampering yourself when you purchase and use her products. I wanted to give this 5 stars but it falls slightly short. It is a great for adding volume, but it will get a little clumpy and flake off a bit during the day. I think if the brush was a smaller size it would definitely help. In the morning I'll apply this mascara and then immediately use a different, thinner mascara brush just to even out the application so I can avoid any clumps and/or tarantula eyelashes.

I love all things Laura, but this mascara, despite the impressive brush, doesn't leave much product on your lashes so application turns laborious. It separates lashes too well and you can't see any volume. One reviewer stated it was clumpy and it is a bit on my short lashes which made me work to work the clumps out. I want to swipe a mascara on and not take 10 minutes struggling. If your lashes are thick and long already this would probably work well.

I had high hopes for this product as I am a fan and have used Laura's "Long Lash" mascara for quite a while. First off it does not deliver "an even glossy finish". Right from the first use this mascara tended to clump and go on unevenly. The brush is also very large and thick. I found it difficult to get into the corner of my lids becaue it was so fat and it made the fine work of coating my bottom lashes almost impossible without either significant clumping or touching my lower lids an under eye area. I've now tried this for a full two weeks and the clumping factor has only gotten worse. I also don't think it makes my lashes appear any longer or fuller than with any other mascara. It certainly does not mimic the look of false lashes. I have officially given up on this product and am heading to the drug store for a replacement today. Absolutely not worth the money.

I have always loved Laura Mercier. This mascara is mostly perfect but it is very thick and tends to clump. Maybe I just need to work with it a little more. My lashes are very thick so that could be part of the problem.
