This shampoo has been my life saver! My scalp is very sensitive, due to eczema. While this is not medicated, it has helped significantly! I actually enjoy washing my hair now. It is very gentle yet cleans remarkably well. The bonus is how smooth it makes my hair. My hair and more importantly, my scalp, has never looked better. Not a miracle cure, but the closest thing I've found in the plethora of shampoos I've tried. Simply amazing!

I feel like I've tried every shampoo out there. I've shopped High end and OTC, and mainly Salon Products. I like to switch it up.
I purchased Serge Normant and fell in love! This shampoo makes your hair feel like silk. If you flat iron it, it even gets shinier.
All of the products are 5 star.
The shampoo is really thick. It is so good that (Because it takes quite a bit, unless you have short hair.) you can actually skip a day of washing (I know it's hard but we shouldn't be washing it daily, depending on your hail.)
If you used it weekly as a treatment it would be perfect. It is The Best out there, IMHO

I didn't realize how wonderful this product is until I stopped using it for a while. I am older (62) and have very long, color treated hair that I blow dry daily. When I don't use this shampoo and the Meta Velour Conditioner I am aware of the feeling of the ends of my hair snapping off when I brush it during the day. When I use these products my hair is like silk and there is absolutely no snapping ends when brushing. It is amazing - as if my hair has elasticity! Fabulous Product!

I received a sample size of this shampoo & got a good 3-4 washed out of it. I have naturally wavy hair but each time I used it, I dried it straight w/ a round brush. Each time it turned out shinier & smoother than when I didn't use it. My hair is very fine & frizzy, but when using this shampoo, my hair looked shiny & bouncy all day. Will def. purchase full size to use on special occasions.

I've been using this (along with the conditioner that goes with it), for a couple of weeks now. It's hard to tell if it is really making that much of a difference. I will say the consistency of the products is very thick and rich (a must!), and the scent is wonderful. But did my hair turn out THAT much better than with less expensive shampoo/conditioner? Not noticeably so. Yes, my hair was soft and silky, but cheaper products make my hair that way just as well. This stuff is so expensive, that I am not convinced it's worth the splurge.

I think I love this stuff. I've been using sulfate-free products for years, so I'm not bothered by lack-of-lather. And I actually like the way this "lathers;" it has sort of a silky, rich feeling. I've been an Aveda junkie for a while now and I really like more natural, earthy scents, but I can see how the fragrance of this could be off-putting. It's not my favorite scent, but the more I use it, the more I'm starting to like it. I would describe it now as "comforting."
Bascially, I've been using the entire product line for about two weeks now, and am Extremely pleased with my hair:)

Quick Take: leaves hair rich feeling, i liked the smell- some may not, hair felt clean -not dry
I had a sample of this and I liked the ay my hair felt after using it. I know some didn't care for the smell, but I liked it. I've only used the sample I haven't opened the new tube yet and I also bought the conditioner that goes with it. I can't tell about the cap and how it is dispenses but I can't imagine there being a problem with this. I also color my hair dark brown and didn't notice any fading.

Quick Take: great
I got a sample from Sephora among the sample choices and I am so glad I went ahead and tried it! This is the first non-sulfate shampoo that actually doesn't flatten your hair lifeless. You need to use a lot if you like the feeling of lathering up your hair, like I do. It leaves my hair full and smells awesome. I use Ojone conditioner after it plus gel and I am getting great results. I must add that I have amazingly thin but extremely curly hair so noting has yet been able to take away the flyaways without making my hair stick to my scalp. This shampoo combined with Ojon and some gel I ma having super nice curls, shine, body, and great smell. =)

This didn't leave my hair feeling clean or fresh; my hair looked slightly oily after using it. It may not be suited for my baby fine chemically treated hair? Nice scent but it didn't work for me.

overpriced regular shampoo

Online it says that this shampoo gets rid of excess oil but my hair was oily again the next day. It's around the same result as other drug store shampoo, which I can get for a lot cheaper. It does make my hair soft but the only result I wanted was for my hair to be less oily. I have oily asian hair and I can never find products to make my hair less oily.

While I am still skeptical about its qualities as a shampoo, it certainly smells unique and wonderful, yet not overpowering.
My hair was reasonably soft and clean after using, though I feel like the lather was a low/medium. I have color treated hair so how gentle shampoo is (sulfate free, etc.) is important to me. I found this shampoo to be gentle, and did not fade my hair at all. Seems like a typical quality shampoo, I'd say the only thing that sets it above average (versus similar competitor shampoos of this quality/caliber) is the unique and subtle scent.

I tried the sample and I must say, this Shampoo is amazing! It does exactly what it says: my hair is clean and oil free but still super smooth.
Let me start off by saying, I'm iffy about shampoo. I have thick, fine, long hair but it has been shedding extra because of stress, so i have been really careful to only use very gentle shampoos and conditioners on my hair.
This shampoo has COMPLETELY delivered. It's made without sulfates, so its definitely gentle. My hair is noticeably smoother and tangle free. I haven't changed anything about my hair routine so i know its this shampoo that has made the difference. Also, I love the scent; its this great soapy cinnamon smell, sort of like Estee Lauder's perfume Sensuous. It actually stays in your hair and i can't stop smelling it!
I'll certainly be buying the bottle!

My first impression of this product is that it has a nice Moroccan-esque scent, which seems very masculine. The scent itself is not to strong, but it is noticeable. My hair was soft and smooth after using this shampoo, but the next day lost volume. So does it nourish? Yes. Smooth? Yes. Does it add volume? Perhaps, but do not expect the volume to last for long. A good shampoo overall.

I love the smell of this! Smells like perfume... Makes my hair soft even though my hair is naturally soft and silky but the only thing i dont like about this is that when you put it on its really soft, but when you wash it out it feels weird and it makes that squeaky sound...

Had high hopes for this product. Although it lathers well, it has a really strong smell that resembles mens deodorant. And leaves a lot of residue. Would not recommend, unless you like a lingering musky smell.

After the first wash, my hair looked and felt amazing. Woke up the next morning, super oily looking. Washed again, looked limp and dull. Next morning, roots were oily, but ends were dry. Will not continue using and will not be repurchasing. Definitely disappointing.
