Calvin Klein ck one summer
Imagine sitting by the sea, splashed by the cool refreshment of blue mint and cucumber, with a citrus twist of lime and sunny bergamot. Quick Take: good value, beautiful bottle, eye catching, child scent friendly as not too heavy, nice mix of crisp and sweet
Found this while shopping with my family! My son, like his mother, is a fragrance junkie. We both liked this. He will be more likely to wear it then I will. It was a bit more on the masculine side than I normally would wear. I may try it on the weekend just to see how it interacts with my skin all day and see if it softens some. Kiddo, on the other hand, wants to live in it and soak everything he owns in it. It's very refreshing. Clean and crisp with slightly sweet undertones to soften the whole mix...like ocean air and a snowcone! Should probably buy a few more before they run out....

love this smell! HOWEVER-it does not stay on! GREAT SMELL. it is unisex and probably too masculine for some of you. I LOVED IT. and so did my boyfriend.....NO STAYING POWER WHATSOEVER. returned for Armani Code.....something heavier and made more of a wintry statement

Quick Take: good value, unisex, fresh, tart, playful
This is the perfect scent for summer, and in my opinion, the best formulation of CK1 Summer since the 2008 (blue). 2012 is a bit more playful, with notes that are more tart than its predecessors (but still sweet and fresh). I have heard some complaints about lasting power, but it comes back throughout the day when your skin warms up or the breeze catches it.
As to comments on the masculinity of this scent, buyers should take into consideration that this is NOT a scent for women. CK1, in all of its various incarnations (last year's CK1 SHOCK being the first and only deviation) is intended to be a unisex fragrance. I have found that CK1 Summer leans a little more on the feminine side than the original, but it is still decidedly less feminine than many other currently popular fragrances.

Quick Take: good value, pure freshness
Like the previous reviewer I got attracted to the bottle first - it represents fun and freshness together :-) I used the sample first and already ordered a full size.
It is the perfect scent for summer - fresh, delicious and sunny. It definitely is good for women. I don't see / sniff any reasons not to be :-)

Quick Take: refreshing!, feminine, smells like an icy cool coctail
I was first attracted to this by the bottle, and at first sniff i really liked it. I put it off but sniffed it every time i went to a store that had it. When i went to buy it every store was sold out! I went on a trip to the mall with my sister-in-law the day before my wedding and saw it at sephora. I tested it again and decided to buy it. I can see where people would find that its "masculine" because of the cool fresh scent. To me it smells like a mojito, and although there is no watermelon in the fragrance notes, i also get a hint of it. My sister-in-law and i both found it to be a feminine scent. Needless to say I bought it and wore it our whole honeymoon week in Bermuda :) My husband also likes it, he says it smells like me haha Most fragrances change to either very musky, or sickening sweet on my skin, so i think the bit of citrus bite cools it down for me. I love it and I hope this will come back every summer! The only thing i would have changed is the top...i think the sprayer needs a cap for traveling :)

Quick Take: not for women
Im extremely disappointed in this perfume! it was in the womens section at sephora so i was assuming it was for women! i got home, opened it and it smelled just like a man( i tried it on in the store but it smelled fine which i guess was from all the other smells floating around in the store from other customers spraying perfumes and cologne)... everyone that ive asked says it smells manly and from the reviews already written its customers favorite man cologne! not impressed!
