Quick Take: moisturizing, wrinkle fighting, smells great
I have used prescription strength reinols and as I get older find they are too drying. Finally I have found the perfect product for my 50 year old skin,REN. It is gentle and moisturizing while still delivering the typical anti-wrinkle results I have come to expect.

Mast have product. It makes my skin soft and bright. I am using 4 droops at night, and following with my Arcona Night Breeze gel. If you like to follow with extra layer I think any gel formula moisturizer works great with it. My face is soft and glowing in the morning. I use it every time after my harsh exfoliating products . It helps my skin quickly to get rid of dry patches. Also the smell is amazing -soft, like a baby peach oil and doesn't clog my pores. I am on second bottle.

About 1 month of use and I couldn't be happier with this product. It's surprisingly refreshing for an oil and smells wonderful. I use it each night after cleansing and only need 2 drops to cover my entire face. This stuff will really last! Leaves my face smooth and isn't greasy. In the morning my skin feels toned and supple and I've seen a huge improvement in reducing the fine lines of my late 30's complexion. Highly recommend even at the steep price it's well worth it.

Quick Take: harsh
Couldn't see any difference after a couple of weeks; the product deosn't sink into the skin but lays on top; left a faint burning sensation. I felt I was pushed into choosing this over some of the other products at Sephora and find it funny the biggest proponents at the store are those in the 20-30 year old range for whom it's not necessary.

My skin is very dry in the winter and moisturizers alone don't really work well, or are so thick I can't stand wearing them. I was asked to try this oil with the REN daily moisturizer for dry skin. I only use this at night, but I LOVE it. It absorbs well into my skin, I love the scent, and it has really made my skin happier. The redness I have in my cheeks has been significantly reduced (probably to the combination of products) and I thing my face is firmer. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but everything just seems tighter. Definitely worth the money.

It's worth every penny. I love the scent, and it does the job it is intended to do. My only regret is that it does not absorb better...on a positive note that means I use less so it lasts longer.

I like this product because you don't need a lot to cover your face. It's an oil but does gradually aborb. I don't care for the scent, not offensive but I just prefer something with a fresher scent. Other REN products do smell better. Seems to be keeping my skin hydrated and I'm noticing a very slight improvement in tone and very very slight improvement in fine lines. Not sure if I'd buy again or not, will use the full bottle and decide what the results are from there.

There is a noticeable difference in my skin when I use this. My skin feels so soft and smooth and looks great. What I also like is that I don't have to worry if my face cream has retinol in it because this does - so I'm freer to choose which cream I buy as a result. I would definitely re-purchase

The Perfect Serum

This makes my skin look perfect. I've tried other retinol products, but my sensitive skin has made it difficult to find one that doesn't make me more dry or irritated. Improves tone and texture QUICK, softens the look of pores, and firms like crazy.
Only drawback: made my chin more oily (I'm usually dry), and created a couple breakouts. So I don't put any on that part of my face.

This porduct was vey greasy. It seemed to never absorb into my skin and I ended up taking it back. I used it for 2 weeks and didn't see any results. In fact, it dried out some parts of my face.

I bought this as well as the omega by ren. the omega had results in one day. this stuff smelled fabulously but made me break out and didnt help w my skin tone. it just dried me out. it was returned in a week :(

I am onto my second bottle of this product - I love it! My face feels toned, smooth and refreshed! I love the smell of it, too, not too strong. It's not sticky like some other face serums. I love it so much, I've even convinced my husband to use it (I think he likes it, too).

I just started using this, and so far, so good, but I need more time using it to really know. It's silky smooth and feels great on my skin. It seems to be plumping it up and diminishing fine lines. It's gentle and smells pretty neutral. I have high hopes for it after reading tons of great reviews online!

Quick Take: oily, suitable for sensitive skin, not effective
I really like the idea of this product, the quality of the ingredients and the fact that I had no adverse reactions to it (hence the 2 stars). Unfortunately, however great the idea of naturally derived, sensitive skin-friendly retinol, it doesn't make up for lack of results. I saw absolutely no difference what so ever in my skin. If anything it looked a little worse for wear. Everything I've ever read about Vitamin A & its derivatives has underlined the importance of opaque packaging so the clear, dropper style glass bottle seems a poor choice on the part of REN and I wonder if that wasn't part of the problem. I returned it in the end.
