I heard about this from a friend!! ( I know, I need to get out more) I went ahead a bought it and I think I will need a special price as I buy by the dozen!!! It's light, dries fast so you don't need powder to settle it in, you can or not use the lock it spray which is also a dream!! It doesn't look like you have tons of foundation and the coverage is amazing. The girl at sephora gave me a darker colour than my skin, but they were nice to allow me to exchange it for my colour. So make sure you like what you see when they test it. The other thing I love is that you only need two little pumps to do your hole face and neck! So it's pricier than most BUT the quality is worth the money and it will last a while.

I was looking for a foundation to create a flawless professional look.. I had only read review's about this magical foundation.. I'm in my 40's and have very minimal lines but some foundation's HAVE brought out those fine lines even after using moisturizer and primer but this one didn't.. It actually did what it says.. It stayed on for at least 14 hr.'s without a touch up..It claims to be a 24 hr. foundation but I always wash my face and use anti-aging products before I go to bed so cannot say if it stays 24 hours but it's THE best foundation..I use a foundation brush and a beauty blender..I had to guess at the color and ordered the M54 which was perfect..I could have gone a bit darker since summer is here so looks like I'll have to order a 56 or 62 since the 58 has pink undertones.. It has high pigmentation so you only need a little and I'm a FULL COVERAGE girl so a little goes a long way.. It took only 2 pumps to cover my entire face.I'll definitely purchase again and again and again, etc.....

I was looking for a full coverage make up. I didn't realize there is no SPF in it. After wearing it during the day it got streaky and mottled especially in my oily areas. I would not recommend it.

This foundation is great. I have some beauty marks on my face which I covered up by mistake because I put this makeup over them. I had to wipe it off those areas. I don't have any tatoos but I am sure this would cover them up if I had some. The color is very true. I am an African American woman and I often have problems with foundation changing color after a few hours (oxidation) this foundation doesn't do that. It is very long lasting and I usually don't have to re-apply unless I had a work-out at the gym. You can just blot it or use some powder. I also have combination skin and it also keeps the shine to a minimum. I wish I had discovered it before. I previously used BM but it oxidizes and changes color on my skin. I am very satisfied with this product.

This has got to be my all time favorite foundation! I have some hyper pigmentation and a little birth mark on my face that I've had trouble trying to cover up in the past. My friend who actually works for Sephora was the one that recommended this product to me and I'm glad she did! A little really does go a long way and I don't even have to use concealer! I don't know of any other foundation that can do that. This definitely makes my skin look flawless and I have actually gotten a few compliments on how great my skin looks!! =)

This is THE Holy Grail of full coverage foundations. From the incredible shade selection to the excellent coverage, there is nothing bad to be said here. I have sensitive combo skin that is very cool toned and incredibly fair, and light 46 is a great match and was able to choose based on shade descriptions - I have never successfully done that buying foundation online! True full coverage, I skip concealer completely with this product. You could really get away with skipping primer, this product makes my giant nose pores look tiny and does NOT settle in fine lines or scars. Beautiful matte but not chalky finish, and a little goes a long way. Great pump packaging that is cute too.

bought it a shade to dark ended up exchanging to a ligher shade because it oxidize. it works great on me especially in this summer heat.i apply this using a damp beauty blender - works like magic, makes your skin look flawless. make sure you moisturize and prime before using it and set it.

I have acne prone skin with some acne scarring and discoloration, so I'm always looking for products with lasting, full coverage. This foundation does an awesome job of covering imperfections and controlling oil with minimal product. On the negative side, it is somewhat difficult to blend in and requires some technique. I mix in just a tiny bit of moisturizer and that seems to help. Definitely not a foundation for those seeking dewy, light coverage. Personally, I love it!

I so very badly wanted to love this product; I heard so many great things about it! It is so difficult to apply. It sets way too fast and it's like trying to smear dried clay around your face. It also made my skin look very dry which is quite the opposite. I have very oily skin. I am giving it two stars because it does have full coverage and it does control oil (a little too much though).

I purchase the Kat Von D Lock-IT Tattoo Foundation in medium 56 today. I don't use foundation every day but due to the fact that I had a facial that broke my face out in acne & worst of all left some pretty bad scares 2 weeks before my friend wedding which I happen to be a brides maid!!!! My doctor told me that I should try this foundation b/c he heard that it really works for those that need more than just a little coverage. I'm not going to lie it can feel a little heavy especially if its the first time applying it but the Sephora employee showed me how to apply it with a beauty blender which works fantastically when slightly damp. When they say just a little goes a long way is more than right!!!! If you have oily skin just make sure to set it & use a really good primer. It lasted all day even @ work while I was sweating & I still looked great. If you have scares or acne I would suggest you invest in this.

I really like this foundation. Nice FULL coverage that goes on perfect with a buffing brush. Covers all my acne and scars. Feels lightweight for a full coverage also. Very nice color selection. Stays matte throughout the day. Better with the right setting powder (light translucent). I gave it four stars because it goes dry rather quickly and can make it a little tricky to apply. Overall VERY nice foundation,

I've been using this make up for a few weeks now! It's amazing! I have tried everything and this is the only make up that does not make me break out, or make me look oily. I live in south Texas and this make up can withstand the weather! It's absolutely amazing! I have hormonal acne, and i dont get clogged up during that time of the month using this! you only need one pump for full coverage! The ONLY downfall is I could not find a perfect color so I have to mix light 44 and light 48, they look great on me together.

I just bought this foundation in 46 light and it matches PERFECTLY. The coverage is just want I wanted, especially when I apply it with my beauty blender it looks natural and not cakey at all. (My skin is combination.) Hopefully this works great all summer so I don't have to exchange it for another foundation... so far its been my favorite yet!

Product has received great reviews and I tried it out numerous ways for a week or so, but couldn't figure out how to make it work for my skin. I just had too much separation of the foundation on my skin - even with primers, no primer, this and that brush, no brush. But everyone else loves it, so it's either me or the Texas heat to blame!

First of all, the color I got made me look like a goth person. I look like a ghost which is funny because I am already the palest of the pale. I was going to move to the next shade but this foundation just does not like my skin. Coverage is too heavy and not blendable IMO. I tried with brush/fingers/blender but couldnt get it right. It accentuates dry patches so even with more moisturizer it didnt look good. You do not need a concealer since coverage is full. I even got her primer when it came back into stock but it didnt help. Long wear foundations just dont work for me.

LOVE this product! Best full coverage foundation i have tried so far. Little bit goes a long way... Im talking like one pump. Hides acne marks, freckles, you name it. I dont use this everyday only when im going out/bad skin day or just wanting a more full coverage look that day..and the best thing is it doesnt feel like your wearing a ton of makeup. Color is very versatile if i have more of a tan going one day i just apply my bronzer over the foundation and evens everything out just right. Will repurchase once i run out but wont be for a while since i dont have to use alot. Oh and this product does NOT break me out! Just make sure you really wash off of face all the way. First time is usually not enough for me second time really gets everything.
