Quick Take: fast-drying, easy to apply
I found the caviar kit to be pretty easy to use - you just basically pour the beads onto wet polish and press in. I would agree with some of the other reviews that said it lasts about two days. After that, quite a few of the beads were starting to chip off. Still, it's very unique, and looks cool. It's great for a special occasion or anytime you want your nails to get noticed.

Pro:The application was a breeze and not messy and the end product looks great!
Con: The beads start to fall off in 24 hours and the colors wash out also, so I would recommend this for one night out on the town.

Quick Take: chip resistent, long wearing, fast-drying
The application was easy and less messy than I expected. I found that I actually like the look of clear nail polish over the caviar beads because it washes off their color. It all just depends on what look you want. It's fun to experiment with the different types of designs you can make with the beads, like hearts, half nails, French manicure, reverse French manicure (my favorite)... The only problem I have is that I touch them so often that they fall off (don't pick!). The nail polish and the caviar beads take DAYS to chip as long as you don't touch them all day. Admire from afar.

Quick Take: chips quickly, color washes away
I am a huge nail junkie so I needed to try this and add it to my collection. When I was given the ciate caviar mini bar for Christmas and I was so excited but quickly disappointed. It is cool for a day…or night. The beads/balls fall off within 24 to 48 hours MAX. The color of the caviar also washes off whenever I was my hands/take a shower. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 was because I really like the ciate nail polish itself. The formulation is great. Anyway, don’t waste your money, unfortunately!

Caviar nails are awesome and very easy to use. This is perfect for a special night out. Not for everyday use however. Although they are small and very unnoticeable, the beads still come off everywhere. They do not stay on very long. I tried putting a clear hardener over the pearls to make sure they were secure, but the color of the beads rubbed off. Nonetheless, if you've got a hot date or just want to have a night out on the town, the caviar nails are PERFECT!

Reading all of these reviews, it sounds like everyone had a bad experience. Mine, on the contrary, was fantastic! The beads stayed on for about a week and would have stayed on longer had I not chipped them off. I kept the beads on each of my ring fingers for another week too! Something I recommend is not using the ciate base color that comes with it. I used a different kind of nail polish because I've always found ciate polish to be very thin. My friend also did caviar nails but used the ciate polish and hers came off the next day. The beads themselves work well but you have to use a different base coat.

I think its a great concept and it's beautiful once applied. However, it is not long lasting and is basically a 3-4 day thing. The polish is great though.

As the title says, they are stunning. I got so many compliments from people who noticed, however, they're over-priced for a product that doesn't last very long (it lasts about 2 days on me, max) and I don't really do much with my hands.

Took it off a a few hours after trying it on. The beads stayed on pretty well but on the black one, the color on the purple and teal beads rubbed off almost immediately. I don't think this would have even lasted one night ! The nail polish by itself isn't that great either. Definitely not worth the money !

Quick Take: cute idea but doesn't work
I got these for christmas and was super excited to use. I had a whole evening and followed the directions perfectly and let them dry for at least 2 hours (the box says only 20 min is necessary) they were ADORABLE at first but when I woke up this morning the sprinkles were all over in my bed and my toes looked awful. only about half of the sprinkles stayed on and they're rough and keep getting caught on things. I'm taking them off tonight.

I can honestly say that this is not one of my favorite manicure sets I've purchased. As we all can expect, the pearls aren't supposed to last a lifetime, but they should stay in-tacked for more than an hour! The polish this set comes with isn't very good quality either. It goes on super sheer and you'll have to apply AT LEAST 3 coats in order for it to be a rich looking black, and after all is said and done, you'll have to sit for over an hour for your nails to even dry. You can buy better quality products for this price, so I have to say that this set is simply not worth the money, whereas other sets are.. Be smart and spend your money on those instead :) xx

Cute but not practical

I received this as a birthday gift. The concept is really neat and it comes out looking really pretty BUT the beads simply won't stay on my nails. I'm not too rough with my hands but after a couple of hours, I noticed that I sparse areas with no beading. I pressed the beads even harder into my wet nails and still no perfect results. I'm wearing it right now and It's probably falling off as I type, haha.
Honestly, I think i can go to a craft store and purchase my own beads for a fraction of the price and not feel to guilty for it falling off.
For price that it is, I def would NOT purchase this myself. Thank goodness it was a gift =D.

Love it love it love it. Don't use a top coat it looks kinda strange, and the beads stay on without it. I would use 2coats of polish and when they dry apply a third and have the beads adhere to that layer. And don't be afraid to really push the beads in.

This was actually a great, easy way to apply something fun to my nails. The set is made well enough that you don't end up wasting the little beads. The only problem is that these begin to fall off after about 4 hours (I am a little rogher than most with my nails). I tried it again and applied a topcoat which worked and held the beads a full day but completely dulled the quality of the beads.
