The eyeshadows show well as long as you use a primer. The creme blush has not made me break out, although you do need to be slightly agressive for it to color your skin. The lip gloss is a bit too sticky for my taste. I am not a fan of the mascara because A: it takes Several Coats to thicken (where my fav brand takes only 1) and B: its made in China. The cleanser is oily and may smear your eye make up all over your eye instead of taking it off.

Loved the eye shadow, colors applied well. The Blushwear Cream Stick gave my cheeks a nice glow. The Glosswear was a little on the sticky side, but it did last a long time. Overall great set.

Love, love, love the bright bag and everything inside. I love the eye shadow compact because it shows you right on the case how to apply it and even numbers the brushes- so cool! Also love the blush for summer days and the mascara is great too.

Wow, what a great deal! I can't believe the bargain price of this beauty set. The eye shadow is fabulous, stayed on all day. I love the eye make up remover. The eyeshadow is fine, but not my favorite. The bag is super cute. I love the extra zipper compartment in front. I have not yet used the blush or lipgloss.

I have always been a fan of Clinique products, as they have never smelled funny to me like many of the other high end makeup lines do. This set is a great purchase! The eyeshadow color palette is gorgeous, very muted but bold enough to avoid being "plain". I was surprised to find a full-sized mascara in the bag. Usually these kits come with only a sample size and it glides onto my lashes very easily and beautifully! I love the color and texture of the lip gloss. I usually stick to lip balms, myself, but I do enjoy a little shimmer every once in awhile, so I'm happy with this gloss. My FAVORITE item in this bag is the cheek cream stick! I LOVE the bronze color! A little really goes a long way! I barely touch the stick with my middle finger, dab onto my cheek, and it's enough color to last me all day. It has a nice soft glow to it, making my face look sun-kissed. I absolutely LOVE it and will buy more in the future!

The price of this kit is worth it just for the amazing eye shadows. They were the perfect combination of neutral and bright colors for spring/summer and they look great with my green eyes and fair skin. The blush is a little darker than I'm used to wearing, but I can still wear it if I blend it in well and only use a little bit. I still prefer powder blushed though. They mascara and eye makeup remover are great. I thought the gloss would be too dark but it looks great and sensual and flirty. Basically, if you are at all interested in this kit, go ahead and buy it!!!

I love this set. The bag is roomy (and cute). I can hold just enough makeup for travel, etc. Love the gloss. It's a great color for my lips. The blush is good too. The trick is to use a poofy blush brush to apply this. I just swipe the brush over the blush and then apply like any old regular powder blush. Easy peasy. I'm not a fan of the mascara b/c I use eye drops a lot and this is not water resistant. All in all, a good value.

I might have gotten a bad kit, but I was disappointed with this purchase. Everything seemed dry. Mascara was dried out; eyeshadow quad was cake-y. The blush was a pretty summer color. Looked like it would be flattering for a blush OR a lipstick. Unfortunately not enough to keep the kit for, though. Sending back.

What I really like about this set is that I really don't have to break the bank in order to buy makeup colors. I hate to spend tons of money on just one cosmetic color item whether it is for the eyes, cheeks, and lips. Normally, I will use the eyeshadows, blushes, lip glosses, eyeliners, mascaras, and lipsticks that will come from the Clinque gift with purchases (at Nordstrom & Macy's) whenever I buy either skin care, foundation, bronzer, powder, make up remover, or concealer. This set is worth it for those who have a very strict budget due to their financial situations.
However, my drawbacks is I have never worn cream blush but I will give a try. Secondly, the set is only available for a limited time at department stores. Therefore, grab it while the stores carry them. Once the sets are gone, the stores will never carry it anymore.

OK let me start of with i got this kit about a month ago through the clinique actual store when they were having a free gift with purchase which came with 7 piece gift set.This is a great value set the mascara and lipgloss alone is 30 dollars, so for 13 dollars you get eyeshadows,cheek blush,eye remover and the cutest makeup bag.Everything in this set is lovely like i mention i dont wear cheek cream products but i used it as a lipstick and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I love this set so much the only reason why i gave it a 4 star is because the eyeshadows are not the best, i say they tend to be more in the settle side even if they look pigmented they dont pick up much color but i still love them when i want that very settle look on my eye. Overall i enjoyed everything in this kit .
