Very nice look but murder to remove

Like all glitter polishes, it is pure torture to remove even with the little tricks like using tin foil and such (I mean, who wants to routinely marinate their skin tissue in toxic chemicals?!). Also like most glitter polishes, it chips very easily and in huge, flaking chunks when applied for full coverage.
Two coats of emerald over a darker green polish is show-stoppingly beautiful. I can see peoples gaze fixate on my hands because it's so mesmerizing. It's the only reason I didn't return it after my initial battle to take it off. It's also the reason I gave it 4 starts.
On the basis of looks alone, I would highly recommend this polish. Considering the full picture, you will have to decide for yourself if it's worth spending the ten minutes and ten cotton pads to remove.

Beautiful color, chips with more coats

I bought this in emerald for st Patrick's day. The color and sparkle was Gorgeous! I wanted my nails really green so I applied about 3 coats, and after the second coat I would say it starts to get vulnerable to chipping. I haven't tried it with a topcoat, but I wish it had smaller flakes of color so they could adhere better. Still cheaper than shellac and just as pretty!

Quick Take: intesely hued, sparkly and festive
This is my first Nails, Inc. product. I can see why you would need a solid base color to start with. I decided to use it as is (it was St. Patrick's Day weekend, and wanted to spruce up the toes). Color-wise, you can't beat it for the sheer intensity -it's the perfect shade of emerald green. On the other hand, some of it came off of my nails (I did use a base and top coat) after a day or 2 - not all of the toenails, but about a 1/3 of them. Next time I will use a base color and use the Nail Jewelry as directed.
Best emerald green shade I've ever seen.

Quick Take: good
I bought this together with the Electric Lane, and in my other review I already said - The Electric Lane beats every other glittery top coat. This is beautiful but not my favorite. I recommend this product!

I bought the emerald shade. I love the vibrant color. It's the best glitter polish i've used. The glitter dries smooth(won't snag your delicates) and the pieces are dense even with just 1 coat. Others need layer after layer to get the same effect. Wish it came in more colors.

Quick Take: long wearing, chip resistent, great color
Disclaimer - I love glitter. However, and despite a small collection of ~50 nail colors, I have not painted my fingernails in years (toenails, yes, they "must" be freshly painted all the time). The emerald version of this product brought back the fingernail coloring habit. I picked up the bottle in store and didn't expect much from it, to be honest, but I did buy my first black nail polish and top coat to "enhance" whatever effects I thought I'd get from it. Well, it's great! A top coat will get you rid of any chunkiness that may come with the use of medium-large glitter and even one coat of this looks great on black. Two coats may cover the underlying color, but I guess it depends how much glitter you pick up for each coat. This is without a doubt my favorite nail polish... and I've added some mirror effects and holographic polishes to the collection in the meantime!

Quick Take: chip resistent, sparkly like the stars
I am now a fan of these new chunky polishes that glam up my entire outfit. I think that I need a little more practice with these types of polishes though because the first time I used two together I layered them too many times and they peeled off after a two or three days. Don't get me wrong though, I think this polish is a good quality product and would consider buying another color of the same brand in the future.
Fun fact: I have used other types of nail dressings like lace and they catch on everything! I had no such problem with this polish even when I layered it 7 times.

i have this in burlington arcade and it is goregous! layered over black it really stands out. Just make sure that all the glitter is laying down before top coat or you'll snag on stuff.

I ordered the emerald green (which is such a pretty color!) and both my daughter and I used it. The color is super vibrant and, of course, shiny in the sunlight. It doesn't chip off easily, which my daughter loves, and is just overall fun. So glad I purchased this!

I bought two shades: Piccadilly Arcade and Princes Arcade. They're both really gorgeous and super sparkly. However, they're both on the thick side. I added a couple drops of thinner, and they were better. Also, these polishes are only .33 oz, instead of the .5 oz that most polishes are (a fact I didn't realize before I purchased).

This is a beautiful nail polish! It has different shapes of holographic glitter! It doesn't smell as strong as the other polishes that I have by NAILS INC.!!! It's so glittery in the sun!
