Quick Take: moisturizing
The formula is incredible and I looove the fragrance, but I'm only giving it four stars because the scent DOESN'T LAST! So that's super disappointing. I had dreams of smelling like a cherry coke all summer, but I'll have to look elsewhere for that. Oh well!

Quick Take: deceiving advertising
This review is for the way this product is advertised - very deceiving. I ordered as a gift assuming it was a "collection" as listed. I thought I was getting the lotion AND the shower gel. I only received the lotion. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was my mistake. Still, the way Sephora advertises, it's very deceiving - BUYER BEWARE!

Quick Take: scented, moisturizing, nice pump, fast absorbing
This is a fun lotion.....smells like Dr. Pepper to me so I wouldn't wear it every day BUT it still does it's job. It moisturizes well, absorbs fast, doesn't leave your skin sticky, I haven't noticed any residue left behind. Plus the pump is super nice and the bottle is a solid plastic so sturdy enough if I accidentally dropped it.
I probably wouldn't repurchase it only because it will take me so long to get through and I probably will buy other lotions before this is gone that I will then have to use. It is a vicious cycle. It is a good brand and a good product though!!

Scent of a fizzy cherry soda pop

It would be mad uber sweet if this becomes a regular scent in the Philosophy line. I don't know how they do their magic but it actually smells like a fizzing black cherry soda (if that makes sense). Nourishes and moisturizes like the other Philosophy goodies so I reach for this a lot during the dry season. Another impressive creation.

Great product! Works well for all uses, even as a shaving gel! It smells exactly like a cherry soda too! None of that weird smell like most scents trying to replicate food.

Quick Take: moisturizing, scented
I am new to the Philosophy body lotion team and I am their new biggest cheerleader! I am allergic to many things but not this. I have very dry skin and this keeps me moisturized for 24 hours (but it lightweight--Philosophy got this mix right!). And the scent is as delectable as you'd expect from Philosophy. Only disadvantage is that these yummy scents are always for limited availability so buy when you can!!!

Quick Take: foamy, scented, moisturizing
This is one of Philosophy's best scents ever. It is yummy just like a cherry soda but fresh and clean at the same time. My husband loves it even though he always says he hates bath products that smell like food, so that says a lot to me! I hope they don't end up discontinuing this scent, it is so wonderful!

This stuff smells great but unless you are using a loofah, I found out you need a lot to get it to lather with a wash cloth. It isn't crazy moisturizing.

I bought the body lotion to this line as well as two of the trio shower gels, I love them! This is a scent I really want to stock up on, I dont want to be out of it. It smells a lot like a gummy candy to me but I have never actually tried Italian sodas so its hard to compare it to the real deal....but it smells great!

You can't go wrong with this scent. I went to the store expecting to love one scented lotion and only came out with this one. I went back the next day and got another bottle. I can't stop putting it on. I just LOVE the Black Cherry scent. I really does smell like an italian soda (fizz and all!) and it's not too sweet or overpowering like you might think it would be. I wish this wasn't limited edition cause I want to always know I can go pick this up when I run out. Philosophy, hope you're reading this!

One of my new favorites, this black cherry italian soda shower gel smells so good! It's not overly sweet, and not at all sticky (I find some of the shower creams to be just a little sticky). Try this one.
