What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Parabens- Synthetic Fragrances- Synthetic Dyes- Petrochemicals- Phthalates- GMOs- Triclosan What else you need to know: For the perfect vanilla ice cream, gather 2 1/2 c. heavy cream, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 vanilla beans (cut lengthwise), 8 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt. In a medium-size bowl, beat yolks and half of the sugar. Heat cream, 1 c. milk, remaining sugar, and salt over medium heat. Scrape in vanilla seeds and beans. Remove from heat just before it simmers. Let stand 10 minutes. Whisk 1 c. cream mixture slowly into egg mixture to temper. Add to saucepan with cream mixture. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until it coats back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat and add 1/2 c. milk. Strain and cool in an ice bath. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
