Quick Take: natural hair
love how this brush picks up a ton of my finishing powder. People complain of shedding, but I wash my brushes before use, and let them dry overnight so I don't have that problem. I am a brush collector, and this is a beautiful, professional looking one to add to my collection.

Quick Take: natural hair
I really love this brush and I don"t understand why a lot of people are having problems with the shedding. My brush doesn't shed whats so ever. It is soft and really great quality. I use it to apply bronzer for all over my face when I want my face to look a little sun kissed. It distributes the bronzer evenly on my skin. This brush is AWESOME

Quick Take: natural hair
I love the pro brushes but this one is really dissapointing. I spent so much money on it and its shedding like crazy the first time i used it. I doubt i can return it because i've used it already. I should have just gotten the kabuki brush instead

So sad that this brush didn't meet my expectations. My original complaint was that it sheds... Then I washed it and the water ran black!! The hairs must be hardcore dyed... Had a weird synthetic smell to it as well....

I want to love this brush so much because it wasn't cheap and I lost the receipt so I'm stuck with it.
But I don't love it.
It comes with a little plastic case so I can keep it protected when stored. I like that.
It's just not fluffy enough for me. I want something big and poofy and this isn't it.
It *does* hold and distribute powder - so that's good.
It does *not* leave little brush bits behind - so that's good.
It doesn't smell funky like I've heard some brushes smell - also good.
And the bristles are soft just like the description says. Nice.
Maybe you'll love it. I just...don't.
But I don't love it.

I was hesitant to buy this brush at first because I thought it was rather expensive for a brush I just wanted to use to apply setting powder. However, I am very happy I bought it! The bristles are soft and pick up powder well, but doesn't cake it on. It's also large enough that it's easy to cover my entire face quickly.

Quick Take: poorly made, leaves brush hair on skin
I've never disliked anything from Sephora, except this brush. I use it to apply bronzer to my decollete and decided to get this one instead of a more expensive Sephora brand brush, and totally regret it. The bristles irritate my skin and fall off everytime I use it, leaving me with little black hairs on my chest-not good.

Hey... normally I have to use a brush for a year before it sheds. This one shed on day one. I had the "same" brush from their last Pro collection which was fluffier and white/silver instead of black on black.
Overall, not as soft as most natural hair brushes and still has a lot of shedding problems. I think I will get a colorescience next time.

Unfortunately, the shedding has not stopped. Each time I used it, the brush shed at least 5 long hairs. It's very uncomfortable to have black hairs left behind on your face. So, I am returning the brush. It's such a shame because the brush was so nice.

Quick Take: natural hair, soft bristles, sheds
I wasn't prepared for how lovely the brush would look in person. The photos on the website do not do the brush justice. This brush looks classy and truly professional. I love the size of the head and the bristles are nice and soft. I used it for my mineral foundation and it applied the powder in an even way. I was impreseed with the results. However, it did shed when I first used it. I'm hoping that those are just a few spare hairs from the cutting process. If it continues to shed, I will have to return the brush. It is too expensive for me to have to deal with black hairs on my face.
