Quick Take: synthetic hair
I like this brush a lot. I've never used a foundation brush before and this one distributes evenly and is durable. It does tend to make streaky brush marks on my skin that have to be smoothed out with a sponge though.

Great brush to use with foundations spray, such as Dior's foundation or any liquid foundations. It spreads on evenly and is not rough on your skin. I love it!

Quick Take: synthetic hair
I bought this brush to apply creamy masks. The brush worked much better for an even application as opposed to using my hands. The bristles are pretty tight so if I used it for amny other aplication I would use it for contouring or blush.

I typically use concealer and power, but recently started using the Tarte BB cream. I was applying the cream with my fingertips, which was a bit messy. I decided to invest in a quality foundation brush, and #47 exceeded my expectations! My makeup looks flawless, and I find myself using less makeup. I highly recommend this brush!

Quick Take: a must for foundation users
I had a professional show me how to use this in the store, and returned home slightly nervous that I could not reproduce the results at home. Bingo, this brush is genius! The foundation just floats on evenly, it's wonderful.

Quick Take: soft bristles, synthetic hair
I could not have dreamed of a better foundation brush. It holds all of the foundation and does great application. No streaks, no clumps, smooth. I can't even tell that I'm applying it, it looks flawless. Great brush!! And I use NARS liquid foundation, that may help :).

If you want a look that's closest to perfection, this is it! I first learned about applying foundation from a friend and saw a remarkable difference. I tried it with this Pro Brush #47 and I have to admit that my makeup looks as good as an airbrushed portrait of any star! A must-have or at least must-try.

I tried a brush for the first time and I love the way it blends. I probably would have gotten a rounder brush but they were sold out but this one works just as well. It helps cover all imperfections and is good on sensitive skin!

This is a fabulous foundation brush. It's very soft and doesn't leave streaks or lines on my face when I use it to apply foundation. It's as nice as (or better than) some other foundation brushes that cost twice as much. I love it.
