Don't like the new packaging

When I was finally able to get it open, the hairs of the brush were splayed. I wish they would just cover it with a plastic sleeve to keep the bristles together.

I'm a MUA. And purchased this for my 13 yr old. It's easy for her to apply her shadow as liner. She was having issues with pencils.. I totally approve!

Angled Liner Brush is Better

This brush gets the job done; i.e. placing shadow precisely where you want it at the lash line. But the straight edge is hard to deal with. I returned it and got Sephora's pro angled liner brush (#22) instead and it's more comfortable to use.

A little stiff...

Maybe I just need more practice but I felt like how thin and stiff the bristles were made it more difficult to apply eyeliner and even a bit uncomfortable as I kept poking myself. Maybe they will soften some with more use. Definitely is good for someone with a steady hand who wants precision but I've used other brushes that were easier for me, not to mention gentler and cheaper.

Great brush! I originally wanted to buy an entire new brush set and when I went into Sephora and was being helped by an associated, they recommended I start of just buying 1 or 2 new brushes every time I come and and continue to add to my existing collection. Great pick for my first choice! I have been looking for a liner brush, being that I like to use eye shadows as liner, and this brush is great! Makes an awesome cat-eye as well

Quick Take: synthetic hair
I just got this brush. I really like how thin it is. It makes lining your eyes quite easy. The bristles are quite stiff, which I like. I like the handle, it feels good holding it.
There was one strange thing about it the brush when I first opened it... When I got the brush, the bristles were stuck together. It was like they had glue on them. I ended up washing the brush and the coating was gone. I don't know what that was about.
