This did help my breakouts on my back and kept me from ruining even more of my shirts and sheets with benzoyl peroxide.
That being said, the only "active" ingredient in this is salicylic acid. Everything else listed was considered "inactive." Quite disappointing knowing that I could have gotten the same ingredient in neutragena body spray for 1/4 the price.
However, this is formulated with no parabens and sulfates, etc, which would be my only reason I would choose this over a drugstore brand.

Amazing!

This is a really cool product. I get intermittent yuck on my back (blame it on gross subway seats) and have tried everything. Just a spritz of this after my daily shower, and no more issues at all. It's not drying for me, which I was concerned about with my super sensitive skin. I'm impressed with how well this bottle sprays from any and all angles.

After success with the acne clearing facial products, I thought this spray would clear up the slight breakouts on the back of my neck and shoulders. After using daily, there is no improvement.

I finally found a great product for my body acne beakouts. I have been using for a couple weeks and already see a huge difference in the acne breakouts on my back. I travel frequently, so I tend to breakout from car and airplane seats. Applying this product before trips has helped wonders! The application process is easy and it leaves a nice cooling sensation after applied.

This body spray work like magic! I have been needing something that will help/prevent my acne from recurring on my back and chest. & this product has help me tremendously! I love how my skin feel after spraying it on. The direction say to use it at least 2-3 times a day but I have only been doing it once a day and I have already seen improvement.

Cleared me up 90%

I had horrible, embarrassing bacne for a long time.. like years. I'm 24. NOTHING worked to clear me up... probably because I was only using a body acne wash (Neutrogena) and not putting on anything after my shower and letting it sit on my skin until my next shower the following day.
This has been a miracle for my skin. It cleared me up almost completely in 3 weeks, applying it every night after my shower. I love how it can be applied from any angle. It's also makes my skin so soft! I was skeptical of the low salicylic acid amount but it's turned out to be perfect because it doesn't dry my skin out at all.
My routine right now is I wash my back and chest area with Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash and let it sit on my skin for a few minutes while I wash the rest of my body. After rinsing with warm water (NOT HOT) and getting out of the shower and drying off, I apply the Body Spray and let it absorb into my skin for about 10 minutes, and then put on a loose fitting tee. After it dries it doesn't feel tacky or sticky at all, which is really nice.

Quick Take: non-drying, clarifying, miracle in a bottle, game changing, easy to use, a must have for body acne
This product is amazing! Within 3 days of using this product on my chest and back, my skin seemed calm down...redness and pinkness from new and existing blemishes went away. It has now been about 2-3 weeks and the visual difference in my skin is remarkable! There are no new significant blemishes on my back. I layer Amlactin lotion after the spray has dried and the deep dark spots I had are finally fading away. This is after 10 years of struggle and unsuccessfully trying everything I could think of including ACV, pres. Retin-A, and oil body washes. I have spent years avoiding taking off my shirt in front of others, but this summer I will be beautiful and ready to shine! I will continue to use Murad clarifying spray and cannot imagine myself without it.

I've been using this product for about a year now, and please, if you suffer from acne ANYWHERE, purchase this spray. This is especially great for people who have oily skin too.
I guarantee if you spray this once after your shower, you will not get a blemish wherever you spray it. Also, just a great tip but after you condition your hair and rinse it out, clip or tie your hair up in a bun, and then shower... and keep it in a bun until you've sprayed this Murad spray. I promise, I have not got a breakout anywhere in my back in an entire year!!
I even use it on my face sometimes, and it works good as a toner. I have to admit it is a bit drying for the face, but once you put lotion all is well! My face even gets less oily throughout the day even with foundation!
Make the purchase monthly, it is really worth it :) I will continue using until they stop making it

This is one of those "must have" for bacne. It completely got rid of all my bacne and I haven't had a breakout in over 6 months. It took about 3 weeks of use for the pimples to clear but new breakouts stopped occuring after the first week of use. Also it leaves the skin on my back super soft.
I'm also using the Murad Acne Body Wash prior to the spray, and bacne has been a thing of the past. I wish I took before & after pictures but I honestly didn't think it was going to work. But it has worked and it continues to work.
Love the bottle design with the 360 spraying angle too. You can spray it from any angle which is perfect for hard to reach areas of your back. Also the product comes out as a "mist" rather than a spray so it absorbs and dries quickly. I've been a Murad user for years (on my face) and I'm so happy I started using their body products as well. In my experience, they all work as promised.

I have been using this product along withthe acne body wash and I have noticed a significant reduction in the appearance of and manifestation of new acne.
I use it immediately after getting out of the shower. It feels cool and is easy to spray anywhere needed. Also, it sprays as a small stream but it dries fast so that you do not make a mess. It has a slight medication-like smell that soon goes away.
Overall I would recommend this product. It does exactly whT it says.

I suffer from bacne and it is terribly embarrassing at my age. I was browsing Sephora.com and came across this product. I read the reviews and the next day I purchased it...even though it was pricey. (I also purchased the body wash) I have used it for 2 weeks everyday right out of the shower (usually at night) and then again in the morning before getting dressed. I have noticed a HUGE difference and I think if I continue to use these 2 products, it's just a matter of time before I'm clear. It is worth every penny!!!

I bought this for my boyfriend who is 32 and has some bacne. It noticeably reduced his bacne. If he was more consistent and also scrubbed his back well I believe his bacne would be completely gone. It's easy for him to use too...he reaches over, sprays his back, and spreads it around a bit with his hand and let's dry. It absorbs quickly and is non-drying to the skin.

I bought this for my son. While initially experiencing harsh reactions to the spray, gradually using it every three days, then two, now daily, it has made a difference. I always have found Murad to be my "go to" product line and it seems to be helping my son as well.

Had a salesperson at Sephora introduce this to me. Honestly, it is worth the money. I use it once a day after I shower (and after a workout), and the best part is that the spray bottle had a 360 degree nozzle, so it even works upside down!
The bottle has lasted me 2 months and my back is a lot clearer than it has been in years!
