the brush is good, but i've had better lip brushes. when you use it, the tip kind of feels flimsy and pushes in a little bit, which i personally find annoying. on the flip side though, its really nice looking and i like that it's retractable!

I only carry 3 brushes with me when I travel or when I go out and this is one of them. The others are my retractable kabuki brush and an angled eyeliner brush. This brush is all you need to create the perfect lips. I hate using my fingers to apply lip gloss that comes in a container so this brush is perfect for me. This brush is very portable since it's retractable and it won't get your purse or makeup bag messy. This brush is very high quality.

Love this lip brush. I won't stray to another brand. This has never broken or shed and I highly doubt it ever will. It's just that good :-) I especially like that it's protected when it's in my purse.

You have to handle this brush in your own hands, because it's not enough to just say that the automatic retraction and smooth application are absolutely genius. If your favorite sportscar or jewelry turned into a makeup brush, this is what it would look like. SO recommended!

I've had this brush for several years, and it works very well--gives a thin, evenly applied coatof lipstick for a really professional look. In addition, it doesn't shed, washes beautifully, and the retract mechanism keeps working. I've had mine at least 4 years. . . .and it's in perfect shape.

This is probably the best lip brush I've used so far! It's amazing! The hair is really soft and feels really good on your lips. It also gives precise application. Hair doesn't fall out, and with the cap, it's really travel friendly. 100% recommended!

I have had my Smashbox lip brush for six years. it performs as well as it did the day I purchased it: outstandingly. sturdy artificial bristles, tapered to a fine point, allow super-precise color application. the barrel is also well-made; does not dent, holds together beautifully. a light cleansing with a waterproof eye makeup remover will keep this brush clean and pliable. if you are shopping for a lip brush, look no further: this is the best one, out of dozens, that I have ever used.

The retractable lip brush works great. The bristles are firm enough for precise lipstick application, but still soft against the lips. The bristles absolutely do not fall out or get stuck in lipstick. It's great for carrying in my purse for touch-ups throughout the day. Smashbox has made another great brush!
