Smells like sunscreen

I've heard rave reviews on the BB 'Beach' fragrance and was excited to try this shimmering oil. Well, all I can say is if you want the same result, but cheaper, just put on some Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen. I don't know what I was expecting, I guess something fresher? Anyway, returned it.

Great smell, not much shimmer

Quick Take: travel-friendly
This smells amazing (like the beach, but not that coconut oil/sunscreen-y smell), but you have to spray a lot to see any shimmer. My legs don't really look any different when I spray it on - I expected them to have a glossy look with the oil.

Quick Take: travel-friendly
Yes, it is pricey for the size you get. But in my opinion it is worth it. I have been looking for something in a scent that lasts and smells just like you have been out at the beach sunning all day letting the oils bake into your sunkissed skin. This is exactly it, with a hint of shimmer. I truly love this and it is going to be my go-to spray for all day and night and spritz in my hair for a light shimmer beach scent as well to finish up my look for the evening, I feel like it takes you away to an exotic private island with a spar~~~LOVE IT!! Give it a try!!!!

Quick Take: travel-friendly, pretty, soft, feminine, sweet
I've never been to the beach--sad, I know--so I don't know what a beach smells like. I do know what this smells like, and that is soft, faded gardenias. Maybe gardenias and warm skin and bubble gum. It smells like something I've showered with, rather than a perfume I've put on. No flaws, except the fragrance's staying power. But I really like it. I bought the shimmering oil to try the fragrance without committing to the more expensive bottle. Shimmer is ultra-fine, and is not juvenile. Again--I really like it, but it could be stronger.
