Quick Take: long lasting
Great kit that is perfect for travel! The angled brush that comes with it is not the best but good when you don't have another one on hand. Mini-tweezers are awesome, as well as mini-spoolie.

Bought this instead of the Anastasia Brow Powder

Intended to get the Anastasia Brow Powder because I was running out of it. Went to the store and they were sold out and said they wouldn't be restocking for a while because Anastasia was repackaging their brow powder and is waiting on their first shipment which could take weeks. I ended up trying the Sephora brand brow powder. It comes with wax, two shades of brow powder, mini brow brush, spoolie, and tweezers. Honestly, does the exact same job as the Anastasia brow powder. Same color/shade everything. I'm buying this again and it costs less also.

Strange Powdery Consistency - Must Apply Wet

I wasn't too impressed with this product.
1. The color was too light. (I ordered the dark brown one - not sure what the correct terminology is for this product - but it was the darkest color that was available which I see now is permanently out-of-stock.)
2. The product has a very strange "consistency." If you applied it dry, it was hard for the powder "to take" and it made brows that were not clearly defined, and frankly quite powdery looking - with lots of excess powder falling on the tops of my cheeks. I discovered that if you dampened the brush - but not too much, just enough (which means holding the brush under running water and using a piece of toilet paper to soak up excess water) - it would draw beautifully defined eyebrows, and then dry to a nice dry finish that didn't look anything "wet" or heavy. This was quite a strange phenomenon - however, despite how well the brows came out, it took a lot of work and patience dampening the brush just so and the color was off.

Quick Take: natural
I have very sparse brows: thin and light with gaps. These colors make my brows a lot darker, but I really like the effect. More natural than all the pens and pencils I've been buying. I like the little tools too: the spoolie and angled brush are really useful. The size and shape of the brush are great for filling in the inside of brows with the flat part and for applying powder to my arches and outer brows with the tip. The tweezers won't replace your regular ones but are useful in a pinch. Plus the case is small enough to put in my makeup bag, but has a good amount of product at a good price. Btw I have red hair.

I adore this eyebrow kit. I am used to spending close to $26 for the Lancome pencil in Sable and just don't feel like dishing that out anymore..Especially since I am going through it so quickly nowadays. I decided to look around Sephora the other day and see if any new eyebrow kits catch my eye. I've been wanting to get "Brow zings" by Benefit but that is even more than the Lancome pencil and when I discovered Sephora made an eyebrow kit I was stoked! This kit is only $19, but it's such a great deal for such a wonderful eyebrow perfector. I had a makeup artist apply the darkest one to my brows in Sephora and it looked natural and made me eyebrows pop. However, they were out of the Midnight brown so I had to purchase the Nutmeg. I went home and did exactly what the man told me to: Use the slanted brush and apply the wax over my entire brow to form a base that keeps my brows in order and neat. Next, dip the mascara wand looking brush in the lighter shade and sweep it across the thickest part of the brows where you have emptiness with short upward strokes. Next use the darker shade to fill in any missing spots on the rest of the brow. After doing this I noticed the nutmeg kit looked just as natural as the midnight brown and was very happy. I have super dark brows and hair and didn't think it would be compatible, but it was! :] An extra perk is the little tweezers that come in the little drawer for perfect on the go emergency tweezes that need to be done. This $19 kid is worth every penny and when I run out I will continue to purchase this!

Quick Take: water resistant, long lasting
This kit is "okay". I really prefer the old Laura Mercier eybrow pot that had the color and the wax combined. Use a light hand with the powder in this kit. Even in the Taupe the pigment is quite dark.

Quick Take: long lasting, horrible tools
Very good for beginners to practice with. I did run out of the "wax" very quickly but the powder seems to last awhile. The angled brush is terrible, much too wide. I suggest applying a brow gel to set it with.

i was deciding among a few products but i'm glad i got this! i have dark brown hair and a teeny bit lighter brows, the midnight shade works great with my coloring (i had to ask an associate for sure - DEFINITELY test them out if you are unsure!) it is a little cooler toned.... the spoolie brush is great but the angled brush takes a little skill to use cuz its super small.

Quick Take: long lasting, natural
I'm definitely a newbie at filling brows, and for some time was filling it in with a brown eyebrow pencil. I bought this since it was totally affordable, and once I tried it.. I wondered how I did without it! The little angled brush is so perfect, and the shades fill my eyebrows in flawlessly. I finish up with some brow gel and my eyebrows make a huge difference! I love this product, and will keep buying!

I ran out of brow powder and made the quick decision to purchase this kit because the price was good. I got Midnight brown hoping it would look good with my black hair and it was a pretty good match. The angle brush was good, it's stiff and picked up a lot of product so I only needed to put on one layer. It did fluff out after a while though so I switched back to my older brush. The spoolie was hard to use properly since the handle was so short and not good for the angle I needed to use it in. The tweezers are super grippy and precise, actually one of the best tweezers I've ever used. Definitely try it out!

I have never filled in my eyebrows before, so I was hesitant to splurge on a brow kit. After looking at different products (powder and pencil) and reading several reviews, I finally decided to buy the darkest kit because my hair is black. It arrived today and I immediately put it on (with my own angled brush because the one it comes with isn't that great.) I have to say it applied smoothly and easily, and it came out beautifully! And natural looking! I LOVE IT! Now I understand why they say the eyebrows make and frame your face! It's as if my face is now COMPLETE! Filling in my eyebrows will definitely become a part of my makeup routine! Oh, and the wax it comes with is awesome!

I love this little kit! I purchased the 01 Honey Blonde kit and I have dirty blonde hair naturally but dyed it a lighter blonde and it works just fine. I've only used the wax once and the only reason I don't use it is because my brows stay in place (Luckily!).

I was hesitant because yes it is so small HOWEVER it is amazing! The colors are great and you got to love the wax! I highly recommend. Urban Decays is over priced and doesn't have the spoolie like this does.

With fair brows and lashes my eye area needs a bit more definition. And this kit does the trick. Small enough to go in the bag for post gym touch ups with tools that, while tiny, are included and perfect fo the task at hand.
