Weird!

Quick Take: clumpy, softening, acne scar reducing, pore shrinking
This stuff is just weird! I've been having all kinds of weird breakouts lately and I decided to give this a shot after noticing blackheads on my nose. When I went to apply this, it clumped up into gel balls all over my t-zone. Ick! I did end up leaving it on for 10 mins, but I didn't notice my blackheads disappear. I only noticed that my acne scaring improved and my pore size shrunk a bit. My skin was also left really nice and soft at least. I'll give it a couple more tries and cross my fingers, otherwise, this will be a return. :(

Quick Take: exfoliating
This product works wonders. I have normal skin but had lots of black/white heads. I've had many facials at medical spas and when they remove the black heads on your nose it hurts!!! This reduced my pores!!! I love it n use it everyday!!!!

Olive oil? Really? How on earth can this be touted as a pore detox agent when it's chock full of pore-clogging oil? Ridiculous. I had a sample and trusted the name of this product without looking at ingredients - BIG mistake. I broke out within hours of using this. Terrible.

Quick Take: exfoliating
Awhile back, I ran out of my Epiduo - the BEST blackhead remover/pore shrinker on the pharmaceutical market. However, when I went to reorder (without a coupon), it was upwards of $200. Since then, I have been looking for an affordable over-the-counter product that generates the same results. Dr. Jart's Black Label Detox Pore Penetrator totally works. After use, all my blackheads are gone and my skin feel so slick and smooth, the rest of my facial products lay beautifully. Drawback - it's a glass bottle. After a few uses, it fell in the shower and shattered everywhere.

Quick Take: great, you can actually see and feel results fast!
Very effective! Ive applied only once, but results are amazing and it's mild on your skin so you don't have to worry about getting flaky dry skin after applying this product. It did clean my pores to a 60% which I considered very possitive for a first use.

I was at the store and put some on my hand by accident thinking it was a bb cream. I rubbed it in and saw that it left my hand smooth and my dead skin was gone. I was amazed and i immediately bought it. I ran home and used it and when I used it it left a oily sticky feeling on my face. i didn't breakout which was a plus but I don't have any blackheads and my pores are small. It's something I could live without trying.

Product does nothing but waste your time. Greasy and does not roll off right. I tried it thin, thick, kept in on for longer, less time. It just does not do the job! A drugstore port strip beats this. Love all the other Dr. Jart products I've tried, but this is going straight back!

I used this for one month straight. I used it every other day and I did not see any significant change in the blackheads on my nose and chin. I know people "think" that the skin peels off but it's not really your skin. it's a chemical reaction with the product. it balls up like that no matter what (after 10 min or so). I will say that it left my skin feeling very smooth and blackhead extraction was a bit easier after use, but it doesn't really get rid of blackheads.

Quick Take: smells good
I bought this due to its claims about elimnating blackheads. I have been working on getting rid of blackheads for 40 years! I now need a treatment for sagging skin with acne. Ugh! I never thought I would be over 50 and still be dealing with blackheads. In any case, I am quite simply unsure about the treatment at this time. I am still having blackheads! The verdict is still out on this product. It mkaes me wonder if blackheads are always going to be with me. It sure would be nice to be able to have all of them gone.

After leaving it on for 10, you rub gently with your fingers and you will see the exfoliation in action. My blackheads are better It is an excellent exfoliator, but maybe too much! the directions don't say how often you should use it, so i used it a straight 3 days in a row in the morning, and it was definitely too much exfoliating. I now use it every 2-3 days or once a week.

I thought I would try this for all the blackheads I have. After using the Black Label Detox BB cream, I had to try this. The first night I used it, my skin felt smoother instantly. By the end of the week, I noticed my blackheads are disappearing. I find it best to use at night, after I wash my face, and before moisturizer and other beauty treatments. I hope Dr. Jart keeps the products coming, I am a fan!!

A one step treatment to help loosen blackheads and dissolve debris. You apply on dry clean skin, leave on for 10 mins and exfoliate off with your fingers. Your blackheads are loosen and skin is left brighten, exfoliated and hydrated. Wash off with warm water! This is the PROPER way to eliminate your blackheads for sensitive clients, for dry skin and no broken skin!!!!!!

I tried this in store because I was so excited, but when I sampled this, it was so greasy. Ok, so not for day use. Then, my skin started to peel like crazy! It was so bad I started laughing. I'm not sure if you're supposed to use this alone or under a moisturizer, but if it started peeling that quickly, I don't even think that a moisturizer will help. I will say, however, if you're using this as an exfoliant treatment, this will work for sure. The consistency is gel-like, so I'm not sure if a pump is a good thing or not in getting the most out of the product. I know that keeps the germs away, but I would prefer a tube. As for blackheads disappearing, I'm not sure if all the peeling will get rid of them.
