Quick Take: kind of expensive but i'm so glad it's available
Probably because I highlight, blow dry, and use a flat iron on it, my fine hair had become very dry and brittle. When it started breaking off, I got worried and did some research which is how I heard about Wen. I sprayed the Wen Replenishing Treatment Mist on on the way home from the store and it made my straw-like hair feel better immediately. The cleansing conditioner made my hair much easier to detangle and comb out. After four uses, my hair feels stronger and healthier. I'm a believer and have already ordered more.

Ok Product - Perhaps Not Right for My Hair

I purchased this product because I've heard and read great things about it. Thought it is not specifically marketed or advertised for my hair (natural, super tight kinky curl) I thought it still might be beneficial for moisture. I usually have to pre-treat/condition, wash, then deep condition my hair for any reasonable result. I did the same with this and noticed no real difference in the softness of my hair. It was still surprisingly dry - even after sitting with the deep conditioner for 30+ minutes. For the spray, I used it every day after my intense cardio workouts. I noticed that this worked - It DID NOT keep my hair straight (of course, it reverted back to the kinky curls) but it made my hair very soft and easy to manage. All in all, I would say that the spray is nice, but the shampoo and conditioner perhaps were not made for this type of curl. I'll have to look into some other options that provide more intense moisture.

Quick Take: not a good product for me
Not your typical shampoo/conditioner. Doesn't lather like regular shampoo and if you've got long hair, it seems you have to use a lot. My hair did to feel clean nor did it look healthier after using all three steps. NOT worth the money they're charging for this set. Wish I could get my money back.

Quick Take: a waste of money
Very disappointed in this product. Made my hair greasy and I have very dry hair. I also fail to understand how "spritzing" your hair on an off all day helps anything. Only made my hair sticky. Would definitely not recommend.

Quick Take: good value, excellent value
I bought this product in small size to take on vacation because I am hooked on it! It is the best product on the market for hair. It transformed my damaged, dry, stressed hair that was falling out from the roots - to shines, long , full beautiful hair in months. It is amazing stuff. Try it and you will never go back to anything else!

It was a bit strange not having the lather found in regular shampoo, but the end result made me happy. My hair was very very shinny and healthy lookingwith a lot of body after the first use. Before this product I would wash, condition, add two to three additional products to get the same result as just the wash process with this product. Overall it takes less time. Only downfall is that it is pricey because it takes more product to cleanse than regular shampoo.

I decided to try this product out of curiosity. I have very long, thick, wavy, dark hair. I followed the directions and spent a few extra moments working this product into my hair. I did notice a big difference. My hair is glossier and more healthy looking. I don't do much chemical or heat treatment to my hair so it was pretty healthy to begin with. This just took the healthy look up several more notches. I love the smell of the sweet almond mint. However, I was able to find a bigger set at another site for less.

I am a Living Proof cult member so switching to this product was a tough call. That said, it's indeed awesome. I have long, wavy hair (mid-back and slightly longer if I straighten it) that my hairdresser said was feeling dry. So I had been using a leave-in-conditioner until Sephora started carrying this. I tried it since it was cheaper than the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner from Living Proof. This stuff has my hair feeling incredibly soft and smelling fresh. The small spray bottle in between washings refreshes my waves without feeling tacky or weighted down. The cream conditioner shampoo doesn't lather so the best approach I found is to scrub it into your head and scrub while rinsing it out to clean your hair. But it leaves my hair (and head) really clean, smelling great and the texture is amazingly soft. It was so soft that I worried it wouldn't hold any styling products but that has not been the case at all. Note, I still use and swear by the Living Proof primer and nourishing treatment cream to keep frizz down which together with Wen results in beautiful, shiny hair.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first tried it, and given the marked difference between Wen and all the other hair cleansers on the market, I thought for sure it wouldn't work, and I would have to re-wash my hair. SURPRISE - I LOVED the results. My hair is normally full of tangles even when I use both wash out and leave in conditioners. With Wen, NO TANGLES and it didn't weigh down my fine hair like a lot of products I've tried. I'm buying nothing but Wen from now on.

i had always debated about using wen and when i did i was very umhappy with the results i even tried it 3 times so that i was using it correctly unfortanantly not only it was not good for my hair it made my hair dry and heavy i followed the instructions to a tee after using the replenishing mist i couldnt get my hair through the comb i damaged my hair more with such an expensive product and it wasnt worth it girls save your money contrary to the claims it didnt work for my hair and after all its a hair product not rocket science but its so crazy that you have to use all that prouct and stsp by step give me a break i want good hair not a chore thats time consuming sorry this is not for me what a rip off in marketing and cost

Only keeping the spray

I have long, mostly straight hair. I had been wanting to try it, and was really pleased to find it at Sephora. I left for a trip with only the spray in my bag, as the girl in the store described it as a "refresher". It worked beautifully. When I got home I couldn't wait to use the main product. Ick! My hair felt dirty - not "moist", dirty. It took ages to blow out, and even then still felt and looked wet (or greasy). Didn't try the heavy treatment, but have to note that the directions are absurd. You have to wash your hair, apply this stuff, then wait 30 MINS(!) to rinse it out. Yeah, we all have 30 mins to hop out of the shower and stand around with goop in our hair before hopping back in.

I was very eager to try this product, and after reading all the great reviews I knew I had to try it. So when I saw Sephora had it I got it right away. After my first use I was extremely let down. All my hair is falling out!!! My hair also feels greasy and I feel like I need to wash my hair after I use this product. I have noticed no change in my hair since I started using this hair treatment. I used the 10-15 pumps it said to on the bottle, then I even tried to use less product to see if that made a differerence, sadly it did not. Needless to say I am extrememly unhappy with this product and will be returning ASAP!

Must buy for sure. If you are looking for shine ,healthy look and easy to detangle without any harsh chemicals of other products that can really damage your hair and strips you from your natural healthy glow and oils. Try it you will see the difference immediately after first use and continue . At least try the 30 day box sold at sephora or directly to them. A lot of shampoos and conditiones have parabens , sulfate and a lot of other products that carry these bad chemicals and wen is one of the lines out at the momentt where a few other companies have similar products but with wen wether you blowdry or decide to have to wet curl it is awesome.

Quick Take: multi-purpose product
After seeing Alyssa Milano endorsing this product on TV, I was always curious about Wen but never tried it. As of late, Hawaii's sun & beaches have completely dried out my dyed hair. After one use of Wen, I did feel and see a change in my hair. It didn't look brittle and dry anymore and somehow the color looked better. I would definitely recommend this product!
