love the color

i had a little trouble putting this color on. too much and it would puddle on the edges. not enough and i had to add 4 coats, which took forever between curing. however the color is so nice, i guess it was worth the time. i also used the same brand's base nd top coat - no problem with those. after reading the description again, i was probably putting on too much. looks as if it is supposed to go on thin!

Classic navy blue with metallic (not glittery)

This color is fab-u-lous! It is a very deep navy blue with an incredible metallic frost giving it great depth. Not glittery but metallic. Lovely! I have gotten tons of compliments. Perfect for thos nautical summer looks.

This color is GORGEOUS is you like the darkest colors. it is very dark but more like a coffee with purple undertones. Very ware able color much to my surprise. I might get a second one in case they discontinue! I am ready for some new colors, OPI/Shephora!

I would really LOVE this color if it didn't have a grey cast. If it were more true sky blue i think it would be more wearable. It's hard to tell the true color until you have it on.

Quick Take: easy to use
I love the Opi Gelshine polish. It goes on easily and stays for 14 days. I have never been able to keep my polish looking good until I got the Sephora Opi Gel kit.

I love being able to do my own gel manicures at home! It took me two manis to figure it out, but now my nails honestly look like I've been having them done professionally, and last about 12 - 14 days. this kit is AMAZING! Follow the steps to the LETTER, no shortcuts and you'll be pleased as punch.
I've purchased 3 colors, all of which I love. The chestnuts about you has AMAZING coverage. I've never had a sparkle polish with such complete coverage.
Buy the manicure kit and get to it!

I first got another brand of at-home gel color. It peeled off within one week. The gelshine line has nice colors and i can go three weeks before re-doing.

I bought the at home kit and have been picking up different colors to try with it. I have to say that I absolutely love the OPI gel line. All of the colors are beautiful, they come out of the bottle as advertised, and they have great names! My personal favorite would be a combo of "It's All About Me" with some "Havana Dreams" topped with "Meet Me At The Disco." Great colors and they last for weeks!!
I recommend that anyone who uses "Meet Me At The Disco" uses the top coat on TOP of it (it is advertised as a sparkly top coat, but another plain top coat on top makes the polish smooth and last longer).

Bare to be different makes your nails look so pretty like you got acrylics, but feels comfortable like nail polish. would be great for a wedding or other special occasion if you do not usually like that look.

Love my OPI Gelshine Kit and the nail colours I purchased - most were true to the shade I thought they would be - A True Romantic was way too light though...might use as a French tip color in the future though...

i own seeing pink elephants and a true romantic, but i got them plus the kit as a gift. I love how light the romantic one is! its definitely more pink than nude, but you can layer it to your preference or let it fade over time to get rid of the pink hue. i tried the bare color but it was practically a top coat, no pigment! and the seeing pink elephants is definitely vibrant! but i had it one for a week and a half maybe and it faded down into a nice peachy coral :) and there's no doubt i love the idea of at home gel nails

I got "break a legwarmer" with the gelshine kit and couldn't be happier. It's a bit darker than I expected, but it's truly a charcoal grey. After two weeks, my pedicure is still pristine, and my manicure after one week was shiny and awesome.

Really nice very very pale blue color. The bottle color on this one is misleading, the polish is an ice blue. It has a white base so it can take a bit of getting used to. When I first put it on, I was on the fence about it, but everyone else who saw it told me it looked great and I've grown to like it. I suppose it's the paleness of the color that really makes it stand out.

Love the long lasting manicures I get with gelshine! But come colors do not go on as evenly and nicely as others. A True Romantic is one that tends to go on somewhat streaky so use very thin coats and do three or four of them. Also be aware that the pink is not as cool as pictured on the website.

Quick Take: long lasting, cheaper that going to the salon
This entire kit is amazing. I recommend opening the colors at the store to see what they really look like because the labels are not accurate. The polish lasts about 2 weeks, and when one starts to peel I simply file the color down and do a new coat. I noticed some people reviewing the product saying it does not work, but they probably put the base coat on thinking it was the top coat. Follow the included instructions properly and you will have well manicured nails.

I do all of my manicures and pedicures myself. Apparently I was living in a bubble. A friend told me about gel color and how much longer it lasts. I didn't realize you needed a special drying lamp. I spent two hours trying to perfect a pedicure with this polish but it won't dry on its own. Also, the brush on the white color is way too wide. Who uses white polish for anything other than tips? Why not put a narrow brush in that color for easier tips. The wide brush not only makes it messier but makes it hard to make the white opaque instead of translucent. Sephora, add to your description that a uv or led lamp or whatever the heck you need to dry this product is REQUIRED to use these polishes. Thank God it's Sephora so I can return the four bottles of polish I purchased! I don't have $150 right now to spend on the kit with the lamp!
