Quick Take: fun, glitter, shiny, sparkly, dries fast
I love how much glitter this polish has and how shiny it is. I've had any eye on this for a few months and even tried looking for it in the stores. Apparently it's online only, so that explains why I wasn't able to find it.
This is definitely a polish that needs to colored base coat. I used silver so that the glitter would be a nice contrast, but I think a dark blue would look great too. The first coat goes on light and not much glitter shows up, but after applying a second coat almost all of my nail was covered.
Like all glitter polish, the downside is that it has a texture when it dries. It has an uneven, rough feel -- which can be solved by putting a top coat on. Since some of the glitter pieces are large it has a tendency to snag on clothes.

Great sparkle polish for so many patriotic purposes. I use it over Kyoto Pearl. Wouldn't use alone--needs a background color. Also using it with the pear as French manicure. Cool!

Quick Take: a must for any glitter lover!
Used it alone and made some pretty sweet party nails. Totally gave me motivation during my workouts. Bought one for my friend, too. She used the polish on an accent nail and it looked awesome!

takes a full 3 coats but looks great once they are all on, although I do wish the glitter spots were smaller, cause sometimes they hang off the end of the nail and then flake, messing up my manicure after a few days.

I bought this to cheer on the US team during the Summer Olympics. It applied fairly easily and looked great on red, white, and blue base coats, but since it's so chunky it was pretty rough. Even though this is called a top coat, I used a plain top coat over it to smooth it out a little. It wore well, barely chipping at all over the course of a week. I got lots of compliments on my sparkly and spirited nails, even from my hubby who doesn't usually notice. Next time I think I will stick to doing my toes though, because the rough texture did bother me some on my fingers. Removal was a chore, though that's usually true with glitter, especially the chunky kind. I wish Sephora would have sold this in the store instead of just online because, since I don't often shop at Sephora, I had to pay shipping which was 50% of the price of the item. In the end I would not say it was worth that. However, if you shop here enough to meet the minimum for free shipping, this is a fun add-on. I look forward to using it for all the patriotic holidays.

Love the look of this on my nails but OMG it is the worst EVER to remove, nail polish remover did little to nothing and I ended up chipping at it with a nail file. I still have it on my nails and wonder if it will ever be gone at this stage. Very disappointed with this product.

Really liked the USA jewelry top coat. Needed 2 coats to get the amount of glitter I wanted. Found it peeled after a couple of days, but that may have been due to the amount of time I spent at the beach.

Quick Take: sparkly flashy but somehow not tacky
Wore this over navy polish during the Olympics. Used just one coat and varied the amount of glitter per nail. Tons of compliments, great staying power, a little hard to remove, as is all glitter. Sallly Hansen did the job, though. Will wear again next weekend for Labor Day - maybe over whitel. Thought might be fun during the holidays over green.

I used this as a top coat on another OPI and it worked perfect. I put a top coat on it and got many compliments with how shiny it was.
Keep in mind this is not a glitter that will cover evenly. The picture I added is just to give an idea. It was taken right after I put it on so it is not entirely cleaned up -__-

I received sooooo many compliments while wearing this top coat!! I put it on over white OPI and it looked fantastic! Everyone at work asked where I got it (just wish they had it in store, lots of people were bummed they had to order it). I put it on with a tapping stroke rather than a brush stroke and it does a much better job of random and uniform glitter. I always put a top coat on top of glitter...otherwise the flecks catch on things and peel/chip.

Love ,Love ,Love,this Top Coat,not only is it beautiful and sparkling,but as a Navy wife of 20 years,my husband retired in 1999,Im am now the Proud Navy Mother of 2 sons and 2 and of 2 Army sons,they were both injured and medically discharged.this is a small way to salute my sons and all the other husbands,Wifes,Sons and Daughters,Brothers and Sisters who give so much of themselves everly day for us ,so as I Proudly Fly my American Flag every day,and send my sons care packages,I proudly dress in red,white and blue as often as I can ,and this polish has mada my day as I can sport my red ,white and blue nails,sorry,this review was so long,but this is and amazing product,and for those who found it to thick or gloppy,simply and a few drops of nail polish thinner ,shake well,you may have to add a drop or to more to get a smooth result,but this polish is well worth tweaking if you find it to thick,nail polish thinner is a quick and easy fix.

I was excited to get this and be patriotic, but my polish started to clump up on the brush and was very think when I first tried it, I ended up re doing my nails three times because it peeled right off. Maybe i had a bad bottle, but it look great when it finally stayed put
