Quick Take: portable, good value
I searched through all of the reviews when looking for some new eye shadow and this got great reviews, so I bought it! And at such a great price too! I LOVE the colors - they have stayed on all day and are rich and smooth. I highly recommend this product :)

Quick Take: silky, pigmented, coordinated colors
Bought this in Angela, named for Angela Simmons. The colors look beautiful together. I often create a pinkish smoky eye using this palette. More importantly the quality of each shade is wonderful. Eyeshadows are very pigmented, and have a silky texture. This is one of the best textures I have ever come across and I own a decent range of shadows. I love it when an eyeshadow is still vibrant on dark skin and doesn't fade. FYI the darkest color is a deep purple with some glitter- you can actually tell that it is purple and not black.

Quick Take: portable, good value
This palette is seriously under rated. For just a little bit of cash it does so much work! Everything except the black has a nice, subtle shimmer when applied. I don't notice any glitter sparkles with the black which is a plus for me.
This is perfect for daytime and night time looks. Feels great and has staying power too!

Quick Take: long-wearing
This is a great first-try product that I got on clearance. I like the look, feel, and long-wear of the colors, but they're so thin, that it's sometimes difficult to get ONLY the color you're going for. I might look for my faves in different packaging.

Quick Take: cheap, too glittery
As soon as I opened the box, glitter was already all over the place - the box, the case, my hands. Ugh! The eye shadow was a bit cracked and small pieces of the glittery eye shadow fell everywhere. This was just a complete mess! I returned it and don't recommend unless you like glitter all over your face, hands, clothes.

Quick Take: great
I've used so many eye shadows and liners but it's usually for a brief time, I have almost every kind imaginable and I have a lot of Lancome. I put it somewhere and forget about it after a time or two of use. The way my eyes are, kind of deep set, I don't think eye make up really makes a great deal of difference and if I'm not careful, wearing it will give me a "hard" look that I definitely don't want. Well, I love these colors and I think it's a great product and I will most likely NOT misplace this particular eye shadow set ... the darker color I dampen with my eye liner brush and put on along the upper lashes, it's very, very good and easy to work with. The other three colors are just really nice. I love this product. One other thing, it does not irritate my eyes.

One thing I hate with eye color is when you put it on and it flakes all over your cheekbones. There's none of this with this product. It stays where you put it. The colors are great and with my light to med. olive skin, I can use all colors.

Where to start? This is an amazing palette. The colors are beautiful, pigmented, and easy to work with. I have green eyes, so this palette really makes my eyes pop. The darkest color can also be used as a very pretty eyeliner. I would definitely recommend a shadow primer before applying the shadows simply because it makes the lighter shades more intense compared to applying it without shadow primer. If you are looking for a palette that allows a more subtle colored smokey eye, then this palette is for you!

This palette is a steal at only $15. I use it with my Urban Decay eyeshadow primer & the colors are very rich and appear to be long-wearing. This palette provides the perfect shades for a plum smoky eye. I'm in love!

All Eye Need Palette in "Angela" is BOSS

Quick Take: portable, good value, silky, blendable, versatile, good mix of neutral and "fun"
I loved the look of the Charlotte Ronson line from the start, so I was kind of surprised not to have seen CR products all over the blogosphere. I recently bought this palette sight unseen from online and love it. The shadows are so silky and they layer beautifully. They blend together and really do stay on all day. I didn't notice any fading (I apply a primer before any eye shadow, these included). In the picture, it looks like, "Hello, Easter-Egg Sunset!" I seriously thought it looked like mint green, lilac, mauve, and deep purple--so the color descriptions seemed not to match the picture. But trust the color descriptions. This looks like a kooky fun palette but when you see it in person the colors are surprisingly wearable and neutral. I HIGHLY recommend buying this one (and also Lake, though that palette is maybe a little more seasonally limited with its color offering). This palette is definitely worth the full price, so getting it on sale is a great steal.
