I got this set to try more Caudalie products. The cleansing water is 1.7 oz and the lip balm is a full-size product.
The cleansing water is great; it is non-oily, lightly scented, non-drying, refreshing and works great for my super-sensitive skin.
The Lip balm goes on smooth and it leaves the lips moisturized and soft. Love, love, love them!

This is my go-to lip balm. I put it on before bed and wake up with my lips soft and hydrated. It has a faint vanilla scent which isn't my favorite but its not too distracting. I have also been enjoying the make up remover. Great deal for quality products.

This is a great buy and a terrific duo. The cleansing water is a joy to use as a toner after cleansing or as a morning skin purifier. It can remove makeup, but requires using multiple swipes with a cotton pad. I prefer not to waste it that way, and use a cleansing oil for that purpose. The lip balm is heavenly! My lips are very sensitive and will chap and burn with the wrong ingredient(s). I use this before bed and it leaves my lips beautifully soft, even in the dead of winter. Highly recommended!

Quick Take: smooth, shiny, subtle
Love how the lip conditioner doesn't clump on my lips, goes on extremely smooth and leaves a really pretty shine, without being too overbearing. Also, the smell is great and subtle.

Quick Take: good value, travel-friendly
I've been using the cleanser at night when I'm cold and tired - great quick alternative to a traditional face washing. I've also used it on a Sunday morning when I want to get out for breakfast or the farmers market without showering. Cleanser good for apre workout, too. Very cleansing in any situation. The lip balm is very soothing and conditioning - I start and end my day with it!

I have oily skin, so the cleansing water was planned for a gift, and my mom loves it, but I just bought this set to try the lip balm. I personally think it's great. Seems to be really moisturizing and doesn't require constant reapplication. I love the way my lips feel in the morning when I wear this to bed at night!

This is the best lip balm I have ever used. It does not have minty or tingly, just protection and healing to my dry, cracked lips. The water cleanser takes off all my makeup and leaves my skin feeling very clean. Some nights I don't even feel I need a moisturizer after this, just feels clean and balanced! Awesome, I love multi taskers that give me back a few minutes a day!

Quick Take: this duo is an anti-ager.
I am so amazed at the clarity, smoothness and freshness my skin looks the next morning after using the cleansing water. It takes my makeup off with much ease and does not affect my eyes one bit. I like the idea of no rinsing. The lip moisturizer works great as well. Please buy these two. You will not regret it.

As always, Caudalie products are great. I was suprised that the cleansing water took my makeup off - not sure how it would work with heavy eye makeup since I usually wear very light makeup but it worked for me. The lip balm is very nice and I put it on every night before going to bed and my lips are smooth in the morning

Quick Take: good value, travel-friendly, super smoothing, best lip treatment for super chapped lips
I'll start by speaking to the value of this duo: hands down awesome value for the lip treatment specifically, which when sold on its own is $2 more expensive (??) The cleansing water is a cute, fun little bonus, I use it sometimes when I wake up if I won't be putting on make-up, or if my skin neds refreshing when I get home. But the real draw here is the lip treatment.
I get *extremely* chapped lips which peel & crack while I'm sleeping-sometimes to the point of bleeding. My lips are always in rough shape, and I always envy people (like my boyfriend! UGH) whose lip skin is even & soft, no flaking or cracking. So I've tried a LOT of lip treatments & scrubs to achieve that. Recently discovered the First Aid Beauty line, which has been GREAT for my sensitive skin, and their Rescue Treatment for lips WAS my new favorite contender. Until I tried Caudalie's.
(Relevant sidebar: I also recently discovered Korres Lemon Lip Scrub, found super-cheap discounted on a certain wholesale discount beauty site,I stocked up on this scrub, which, while strange & a little hard in consistency & difficult to spread at first, did the best, most fine-grade exfoliation on my lips, really smoothed out the unevenness & dead skin better than Fresh's Sugar Scrub)
Anyway, paired with Korres scrun, this Caudalie treatment is my new arsenal against lip skin damage. Scrub followed by treatment before bed, + the treatment throughout the day (but not toooo often, or your lips will become dependent on it & stop producing their own moisture!) or before leaving the house on an especially dry or windy day.Just read the ingredients list, it's item after item of awesome, emollient & antioxidant natural ingredients, plus grape seed oil & extract which help exfoliate! Could not be more pleased with this product, and already stocked up on two more while they have this combo deal.

The lip conditioner has no smell or taste to me and I am usually sensitive to those things. It has healed my dry peeling lips. Use it a couple times a day, and has only been a few days, but WOW!! Also the cleansing water is very effective at removing makeup, or just cleaning face in the mornings.

I am a huge fan of Caudalie. That being said, there can´t really be much wrong with any of their products from my point of view. Well, almost. I really do like their concept of captioning the essence of grapes and giving you the best nature has to offer. Having tried their creams, I am a believer. They smell good, they feel good and they do work amazingly well with my dry skin.
Now, for the Cleansing Water and Lip Conditioner, I did not expect too much, because those products usually work well on average. Is it worth paying the high-end price that Caudalie products usually go for? I have to say, though I like it, no! Here is why.

The Cleansing Water basically is a toner and since I usually don´t use toner within my skin care routine, I loved trying it but it didn´t do that much for me. The scent is refreshing, the effect is average and therefore I don´t really see the point. Maybe for people who really like using toner religiously it could be the right product.
I like using it for freshening up my face in between make-up looks or for days when I barely have any make-up on my face. On its own, it does however not clean very effectively.

The Lip Conditioner, I do use daily. I like to moisturize my lips constantly and like the feeling it gives, even though it doesn´t leave you with deep moisturized lips.
Is it better than any other lip conditioner available at the drugstore? I would not go that far. It is a good conditioner, I will give it that. Would I repurchase? Probably not.

The cleansing water is suitable for removing residues after cleaning out the makeups. So it is mild and tender, not suitable for removing the whole set of makeup, like mascara, lipstick, foundations or any other powder-based product. the lip balm is really smooth and silky. I would re-purchase the lip balm again.
