Quick Take: very easy to use - love the packets
I took the 14 day challenge. I definitely saw smaller pores in about 4 days, and they look very smooth and tight now. I used to have very large pores, so any improvement would have been appreciated -- so I'm very happy.
The texture of my skin improved somewhat. I had tiny dry bumps on the side of my face (not acne) that now seem less dry, and therefore the texture is smoother. I would have given this 5 stars if they had vanished completely.
I just purchased the 30 day supply... I'll write another review if continued use improve texture. I think for normal skin, this would probably be a home run.

My skin freaked out

I have sensitive skin, so I asked the sephora employee if she had heard of anyone having a bad reaction to this product, and she said it works wonders and I shouldn't have a problem. Wrong. The side of my face looked like a teenager; red, irritated, bumpy looking bad breakout. I went to my dermatologist and she said it definitely looked like a reaction versus just a hormonal breakout. I'm 37 years old and my skin has not been looking great, so I wanted this product to turn it around, but unfortunately it cost me a boat load in a dermatologist visit to fix it. Be weary if you have sensitive skin.

I am a minimalist for the most part and don't buy a lot of beauty products, especially higher-priced ones. But I have purchased this product 3 times and I love it. It is so much easier and neater to use than goopy masks or peels, and awesome for travel. Makes my skin feel totally smooth and look much less stressed. Buy it!

Quick Take: highly recommended, like expensive medical spa treatment
I received several samples of these pads in recent promotions and loved them. Couldn't afford the larger size, so got the 14-day - loved them then, love them now. Don't over dry my face, and truly it feels like I've just come from a facial peel. The cream that comes with the pads is great as well. When you get older and use products that could be drying, it's great to have a compatible moisturizer. I read one review about not being able to use products after the pads...well, use the enclosed lotion and you'll love it. I don't go into the sun or apply make up for a few hours when I use these, and I tend to like using them in the morning instead of evening, just personal preference, kind of like starting the day with a fresh, smooth face. It has a "medical salon" sort of smell, but not annoying. I have seen a lightening in my age spots along the sides of my cheeks and forehead, and it's also tightened the pores on my nose. It's not often I can find something that addresses the pores without drying, and this fills the bill.

Exfoliated skin, but did not do much for acne scar

I purchased this product to get rid of acne scars. I don't have severe scars, but some are light pits and red marks. This product definitely exfoliated my skin, and there was a slight lightening of acne scars, but the results were not as noticeable as I had hoped. I think this is a good product for exfoliation and light overal improvement, but it won't do a lot for acne scars. I probably would try something a bit stronger for acne scars.

I use these pads every other day. I can definitely sees the difference when I put on my foundation. It glides on smoother and stays on longer. I'll admit this product does burn for about a minute and almost feels like a sunburn on my face but the results are worth it.

I'm am lucky enough to have pretty good skin even on a bad day, but I still feel like I have a lack of radiance through the winter months, especially. I try all this beauty stuff, praying that I'll wake up one morning looking like Jennifer Aniston, only to discover that a fifty bucks later I'm still just "me", only now, with less of a savings account. I've found that the vast majority of products didn't do anything more than my normal routine of cleansing and moisturizing. Until I tried this product. It's ridiculous! The time requirement is minimal, and I saw such a significant difference in 14 days, it blew my mind. Even my fiancee saw a difference. My foundation went on flawlessly, I felt squeaky clean all the time, and my skin looked so healthy! It's not cheap, but it's a great winter "pick me up", and is absolutely worth the money.

These peel pads worked wonders to erase the redness on my skin. They overall evened out my complexion and made my skin look much more even. The only downside to these is that they did make me break out a little, but was most likely due to getting all the junk out of my skin. Will def buy again.

Something that actually works

The first time I used this product was in the middle of the day. My pores got huge and my face got oily. Incredibly oily. I immediately freaked out, especially after reading a few reviews. However, the next morning my face looked incredible. It was smooth and acne scars were drastically lighter. After a week of use Imy face has cleared up about 90%. My pores are practically non existent and so are whiteheads. I will defiantly be buying the two month supply, but will be switching to the extra strength version.

Do Not Use Products Containing Alcohol?

Did anyone notice the directions on the box--we are not supposed to use products containing alcohol after this face peel. It's almost impossible to find a serum, moisturizer, or foundation without some form of alcohol in it. My entire skincare routine is incompatible with this product. I am very disappointed as it is very difficult to find a beta peel. I would give this product 5 stars if I could use it with the main skincare and make up products on the market.

The good news - it didn't bother my sensitive skin. The not so good news - really dried my skin out so I don't recommend for anyone with dry skin. The moisturizer was too light so found that I had to go to my Murad moisturizer at night.

Quick Take: amazing, really works
I'm 32 and I have sun spots and wrinkle crease on my forehead. I also have sun spots and acne spots. My skin is combination oily, large pores,sensitive and blemish prone. I have been searching for something for years without having to go to the dermatologist. This has transformed my skin. I experience a burning sensation every time I use it and I worry that my skin will be red or breakout but my skin looks amazing. I used it the first time 14 days straight and now I use every 2 to 3 days. My pores have shrunk, brightens my skins, gives me a dewy look. I no longer have breakouts or have to hide old blemish marks left behind. My sun spots have faded I have a few that are still there. When I wear makeup now my skin looks flawless and last all day. I would never step out of my house without at least a tinted bb cream or powder bc I was so self conscious about the way my skin looks and now sometimes go without. I now always wear sunscreen during the day to protect my skin. If I go to the beach I wear suncreeen, hat sunglasses. I never leave the house without a hat or cap if I know I'm going to a park or beach I also use the Mia Clarisonic everyday twice a day, vita C cleanser, Dr. Dennis gross Ferulic Acid + Retinol Brightening Solution, Dr brandt Ruby crystal during the day and the Dr Brandt Glow serum at night. I think all those products work on my skin better because of this peel, without this peel those products wouldn't really be as effective. You have to try it.

I'm addicted to these peel pads. I used to use the original formula but the Dr. Dennis Gross lady (who sometimes visits the Sephora I go to) said that unless you have Rosacea or super sensitive skin you should be using hte Extra Strength...so now I do. I use a pad almost everyday and follow it with their Vitamin D oil or the lotion included. Buy these and use them everyday for 14 days and you WILL see a huge difference in your skin

I had a very bad breakout due to stress and environmental toxins from work, so this is the one that SA recommended. This helped me heal faster and makes my skin soft even with 5 days of use. For that, I will give it 5 stars. For the lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone, I am not sure though.

I have very sensitive skin. Anything with scents give me acne. I have the original formula; and this is a great starter kit. I normally have mild acne & use salicylic acid pads to keep bad flare ups at bay. These pads are perfect for soothing my skin and fighting my acne. I am 27 and I do not have bad wrinkles, but this did not seem to really do anything to my fine lines which is why I originally bought this. I am considering the extra strength pads. This is the only moisturizer I have ever used that hasn't caused me to break out. This moisturizer is a must for me though these pads did not dry me out whatsoever. I reccommend everyone to try these for smoothing their skin out. It's a very balanced product without any bad smells. I just wish it was not so expensive for the larger quantity pads.

Quick Take: smoothing, exfoliating, a bit pricey
I'm in my mid-30s so my skin is seeing a bit of unevenness in tone and fine lines/wrinkles but it's also seeing a crop-up of cystic acne (something I thought my teens/early 20s waved farewell to). I tried Dr. Gross' 14-day challenge after reading the reviews and seeing how it was recommended for those with skin conditions unresponsive to other treatments. After the first application, my skin felt noticeably smoother. After a few days, there was no doubt about it...my skin felt as smooth as a baby's! However, I didn't see much of a difference in removing or lightening the discoloration left by the acne. The look of my fine lines seemed improved but they were still definitely there. In short, I think this product delivers on improving the texture of your skin but it won't erase cystic acne/marks and wrinkles.
