Quick Take: defining, flaky
I try out a different mascara every time I go in to Sephora, and this month it was the Buxom Sculpted Lash Mascara. Right out of the box, it took me quite a few tries before I could even get any of the formula on to the brush. I also feel like it takes me several coats to get my lashes to the dramatic look that I prefer. The brush is a nice shape though, and it definitely covers each lash. If you're looking for a more natural, slightly dramatic look, go for this mascara. If you want a more bold eye, look elsewhere.

No clumps! Reaches all lashes and follows the individual curves of your eye with the unique "S" shape wand! Adds volume and definition!
The only con is that it seems as if it runs out quickly, but very happy with the clump-free length I get with this mascara!

My Favorite Mascara!

I love this Mascara!!! I don't need to use an eyelash curler to get gorgeous long lashes. It lasts all day without any flakes (through work and my work out after work!) It comes off easy with a remover wipe at the end of the day. I am so very impressed with the wands power to give me gorgeous curled lashes without an eyelash curler and also that the formula is just amazing.

This is the best mascara I have ever used. Great in terms of ease to apply, no mess, long-lasting and it makes my eyelashes look twice as thick! I would definitely recommend!

takes about 834732467328 swipes to get any off. thick and the odd shape does not work together. i tried using another mascaras brush and it worked better but the formula is just poor. i had to buy a new mascara a week later. big waste :/

I had stopped wearing mascara for a few months just to give my lashes a break --- received this mascara in a monthly subscription and WOW - BEST MASCARA I HAVE EVER USED. Got me back into wearing mascara! Looks like I'm wearing falsies, but better because they're my lashes. I have used Benefit "They're Real" and that mascara is garbage compared to this! That mascara made my lashes awful, this is amazing - not at all "crunchy" after hours of wear! I WILL DEFINITELY BE REPURCHASING!
One coat is all it takes ;)

I noticed that most people did not end up liking this mascara, though I loved it!!!! The "S" shaped brush really lifts up your lashes, making it look almost like you have false lashes. Its unique bristles separate your lashes for a long, and luscious look.

I love mascara and this one is just ok. The brush is difficult to use and it takes extra effort to achieve my desired coverage. I do like long, dramatic lashes and that is difficult to achieve with this mascara. I would not purchase again.

A mascara I can always count on to give me the lash look I want. From simply day to length with a wow factor. .Now if only there was a waterproof version. The “S” shaped brush reaches every lash without having to make silly face or do all sorts of crazy things just to get those few lashes a straight brush just refuses to reach!

Hard to work with hard to get off, didn't stay on

Mascara is really hard for me. I have super sensitive eyes and mostly nothing stays put on me. I have tried probably 20 mascaras at least. I found this one hard to put on. Didn't like the brush and the product was really hard to get where I wanted it. It smudged under my eyes and I had a hard time getting it off. Go figure. Wanted to like it, but I didn't. I tried one by Urban Decay in the purple tube and I really like that best.

So far this is my most loved mascara.

I first got this as a sample from one of my beauty subscription boxes and assumed I'd hate it because the brush is "S" shaped =weird. Boy was I wrong, this is definitely my new favorite. Very long lasting, and very volumizing! I have long lashes, but this mascara take it to a whole new level. I'm definitely hooked.
