The roller ball feels good, BUT it not easy to get the product from the tube to the roller. A little disappointed, BUT once the product does flow it is a very soothing and reduces some puffiness.

Dark circles are mostly hereditary in the majority of people. Once you face that fact, then you can get to work on simply being nice to your skin by making sure it stays hydrated - even if it's oily. I was really scared this stuff was going to make my super-sensitive skin break out, but I've been using it well over 3 weeks now and have had no problems. I roll it on and then use my Clarisonic Opal to work it into my skin. It leaves my eyes feeling and looking refreshed. At night, I layer a creamier moisturizer on top of it. By morning, my skins looks less dull, more radiant.

The cooling effect on this product lasted more than others I've tried, which was nice, and helped with the puffs. It doesn't, however, brighten or reduce dark circles - nothing does that I know of.

I have been looking for an eye gel for a long time - one that reduces puffiness and dark circles. Well, this one does it all. I actually use it multiple times during the day if I need a "lift". It goes all around the eye, not just under. It is easy to use and feels great.

It's definitely a nice, cooling feeling when my eyes are tired after not getting enough sleep. It's probably more the ball than anything, but it's still refreshing. You do have to squeeze it a bit a to get the gel out, but I don't feel like I need to use a lot anyway. I just get a little bit out, and pat it in with my finger. Maybe that's why it doesn't get sticky for me. It's also nice to use just before bed, after a long day.
Just to be clear, I'm not sure if it brightens. I do feel a slight tightening effect around my eyes, though. I also don't have a lot of lines around my eyes (yet), so I'm rating it highly mainly for the cooling effect.

I love, love, love this eye gel!! I have been using it at night and thought it was too takcy for day but not in this little package! Goes on with a smooth, cool swipe and feels fabulous! and helps to reduce lines and wrinkles....who won't love it?

I bought this on the advice of a sales associate. My main concern was puffiness due to allergies and contacts. I keep it in the fridge and it is refreshing to apply. It only really slightly depuffs and doesn't do anything to brighten. I'm not sure the gel itself is effective or if its just the cold massaging metal roller that moves fluid out. I might repurchase but I will probably try other products first.

This is not my go-to eye cream, not my AM favorite, but after a long day of staring at the computer this convenient eye gel roll-on is just what I need. It's like two cold cucumber slices, but you don't have to close your eyes.

Have used for about a week and the rapid change is visible. My bags and wrinkles below the eye responded almost within a day. The puffiness is down and the wrinkles are less than I expected. My eyes are still old, but they don't look ancient. Cools, reasonable price, will buy more.

I felt like I was hurting the skin around my eyes more than I was treating it when I was using this product. The roller ball doesn't roll much and I had to squeeze really hard for any gel to come out while applying it around my eyes.

I didn't like this at all. I found it very hard to apply and had to squeeze the tube hard to get the product on the rollerball. It didn't feel cool at all on application and left my eyes all sticky. Yuck!

Cooling gel minimizes puffy lids

I am a fan of the Ole Henriksen line, and this product does not disappoint. I have year-round allergies and often battle puffy eyelids. This product is a thin gel that rolls on easily and takes a few minutes to dry. Once it has dried, it wears quite well under primer/makeup. Unlike other reviewers, I did not find the texture sticky. In terms of performance, the gel is very cooling and calming, and after a few minutes, my lids appear less puffy.

Get this. It's such a big difference it's ridiculous. I have fair skin an this instantly got rid of the horrible bags under my eyes. I'm 25, sit in front of a computer all day for work, and this make me feel my age and not look tired. This is legit.

Typically I read reviews before making a purchase. However, because this is a Ole Henriksen product, which I currently use, I didn't bother because of the success I've had. The cooling affect last for a while, which is annoying. Also, my eyes felt sticky application. I had to apply cream over my eyes just to make makeup go on. This item is going back. It didn't do anything for my bags.

I always have puffy eyes from allergies, even since I was a child. I enjoy this product because it does what it says. The 'cooling' feeling isn't too overwhelming, but it's effective and it does make me look less fatigued. Also, it can go on over makeup.

The texture is weird, but it WORKS!

I use this in the morning before I work out, and then wash it off and apply makeup. During the 45 min - to an hour that I work out, my dark circles DISAPPEAR. Literally. I haven't found anything else that works this well. However, the texture of this product is sticky and it looks shiny when it's on, hence the one star deduction and the reason for not applying my make up with it on. This is perfect for people who go to the gym before work/school, or who don't have to go in till the evening, but it's not a wake up and go kind go product. If it was reformulated to reduce the weirdness of the texture, this would be a perfect product.

Quick Take: poison
I tried this AM and could not wash my eyes soon enough. I felt like I should be running for the poison eyewash kit. This product burned my eyes so badly. I don't understand why makers of eye cream to reduce puffiness think that anyone wants to "cool" ( or in my case burn their eyelids) but even after washing it took 30 minutes for my eyes stop burning. Product going back tomorrow
