Purchased this for my Mother for Mother's Day; the fragrance she had been wearing was awful! Not too young, not at all "old"...she used to wear Guerlain's Jarden de Bagettel, but can no longer find it in the US.

I always wear really bright, fun, young scents.Once I turned 20 I wanted something a bit toned down but still bright. This was perfect. The top notes are bright cherry and then almond/vanilla/musk. I'm obsessed with it. Long wearing, not to old or young smelling. It's perfect.

Quick Take: good value, travel-friendly
I tend to stick to light floral perfumes, like YSL Parisienne, Chloe or fragrances that are kind of fresh like Kate Spade Twirl. However, I love this bold, spicy, floral perfume because it is a complete departure from what I normally wear. I probably would not have worn this or liked the scent as a teenager or in my early twenties, but now I love it. It is a perfect nighttime/date perfume. To me, it seems like a more "grown-up" fragrance.

Quick Take: sophisticated, classy, sensual, feminine, glamorous, strong
I'll be honest, the first time I smelled this perfume, I was not a fan. The second time around I still wasn't very convinced, that is until a friend of mine told me to let it sit on my skin for a few hours just to make sure. Long story short, I'm so enamored with this scent! I simply cannot get enough of it, and surprisingly this does not give me that nauseated feeling or headache that most strong fragrances give. Plus, I'm known for wearing black, quite often actually, & especially for special occasions. It seems to somehow smell even better on my skin as the day progresses. I'm quite obsessed now. This fragrance is basically "Me!" in a bottle, for the classy & sophisticated woman, who also knows how to have a good time & still remain a lady. ;) It's definitely an acquired taste though, it may be too intense for some. If you're curious, give it a shot, you may be just as amazed as I am. ^_~

But to me it smells like grape! Depends on what you're going for, but I got kind of a medicinal scent from this one. Almost no floral anything.. just grape. Perhaps best suited to someone else. Always test run scents!

I fell in love with this perfume after trying a sample. It's a great go-to scent that fits both work and evening events. It's fresh, fun and reminds me of Tresor, but more updated - with a really great bottle!!!

Quick Take: spicy, feminine, fresh
I'm a sucker for Guerlain, the parfums are beautiful, and so are the bottles. I wasn't sure how I felt about having a little black dress on my parfum bottle, it was a little young looking for me, but the rest of it was lovely.
I smelt this and I was intregued by it. It's a very fresh, spicy, feminine scent. I this definitely stuck me as unique. This is a pretty much all season scent. I would wear it in the spring and summer, and you can probably pull it off in the fall, but maybe not the winter.
This is a very light fragrance, but spicy at the same time. It lasts most of the day when sprayed directly on the pulse points on the skin.

Quick Take: good value, gourmand scent
When I saw this coming to the U.S., I knew I had to try it! I went into Sephora to get a sample before purchasing, and was sold. The top notes are very spicy, with a blast of cherry to swirl in some sweetness. The scent lingers for a good amount of time, and by the end of the day it smells of a dark tea brewing. A gourmand scent for sure!
Not too sweet, not too spicy. Just right. If you like Dior's Hypnotic, you will probably like this scent!
