My second review: MUST SEE!

Quick Take: expensive, gorgeous, not meant for curls
I was a very proud owner of my gorgeous ghd, and I also suggest it to one of my friend
But I regret the purchase of it...
For few simple reasons(after few months of using it):
1. It does last very long, but my ends get soooo dry
2. Don't use ANY flatiron for curls! It will give you fizzy hair instead of curly hair (except for those who don't have any layers)
3. Knowing that I can't get wavy or curly hair without having frizzy hair... That tool is TOO EXPENSIVE for my naturally super straight hair.
But I regret the purchase of it...

Perfect styling tool!

I cannot say enough about this flation. I will never again buy another product. The plates are slick enough that your hair doesn't get "stuck" (unless you are holding the handle too tight...), it heats up within a minute (how awesome is that!!) and has alerts when it's reached the styling temperature. Also has a "sleep" mode when not in use for 30 minutes, it automatically powers off. This is a pretty unique safety feature. The heat-resistant bag is so handy. I mean, how often do you find yourself rushing around to leave and don't have time to wait for the plates to cool. Problem solved! One word of caution- the styler produces a considerable amount of steam, so don't try to hold the far end with your fingertips- you may get burned!
Some people have complained that there isn't a choice in terms of temperature setting. I looked it up on the GHD website and found that the temperature used with this styler is slightly cooler than my previous styler, which made me a little anxious. But it turns out that the way the plates heat up, you don't need the extreme heat to get desired results!
I typically blow my hair out with a roundbrush, so it's pretty straight at that point, then use this styler for curls. It's very versatile and there are videos with excellent tips on the GHD website. I'm constantly getting compliments on my hair, and the curls (with my naturally straight hair) last for DAYS!!

Quick Take: amazing, easy to use, versatile, cute
This is my ultimate favorite flat-iron! I'm definitely in love with it and I adore how it can either straighten or curl (plus it's in pink)! This styler heats up so fast and works so smoothly. It doesn't get stuck or pull on my hair. My finished hairstyle stays in so well. I <3 <3 <3 this product! Definitely worth buying!

Quick Take: awesome
I got this flat iron for christmas and all I can say is WOW! This flat iron is perfect because 1.) heats up wicked fast 2.) helps control frizz 3.) doesn't pull at the hair 4.) hair is perfectly straight but still has some volume and 5.) IT'S PINK!! I cannot think of any cons only pros! I LOVE IT! ghd has done it again!

Excellent Flat Iron

I have been through many different flat irons (both cheaper and expensive) trying to find one that can tame my curly/wavy/thick hair. Most straighteners only take some of the volume out of my hair, I would not have called the end result "straight". This ghd straightener works wonders! The first time I used it I fell in love. My hair turned out very straight and smooth. I have also made perfect curls with it. I love the way it beeps once it has heated up (within 20-30 seconds) and that it turns itself off after 30 minutes if left on. It is beautiful and I love the case it comes with. It's great when something looks good AND works. I highly recommend this flat iron!

Nice but not worth the price...

It is a nice styler but, just that "nice". I was expecting much more for $225. After a couple of hours of use, my hair looked frizzy again! You can do curls with it but, when one purchases a styler is mainly to straighten your hair... Not impressed.

I have the straightest natural hair that usually don't hold the curls more than an hour
but with this flatirons, my hairs stay beautifully curly even after 3 days (don't ask XD) and without any spray!

When I ordered the cherry blossom ghd styler I had very high expectations. The design of it all lived up to them but the styler not so much. It does do a tremendous job with my hair but I just wish the plates and the outer part of the styler were more slick so the hair could glide more easily. Besides that I will have to say its still a keeper.

Quick Take: time saving, heats quickly, elegant design
First the design is gorgeous, very practical bag, and the most important thing you can style your hair very fast and without damage your hair. This is the first GHD iron I got, I was skeptical because of the price, but the materials quality and the final result in my hair give this product 5 stars. I totally recommend you this product! = )
