But I cant tell if it is doing anything yet.... I have been using for about two weeks in the am and I use renova at night. I will keep using to see if I see any improvements

Worth a try

I found PTR Camus Camus moisturizer to be effective sp when used in combination with the serum. But it caused me to break out.

Moisturize to the max!

Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly, intensive
This is the best moisturizer I've tried in quite a while. It smells nice and leaves my skin moist & soft for hours. Once you figure out how to get the lid off (just pull up), the 'push-dispenser' works great. It's super handy to give it a little push and get more out when your hands are already wet from rubbing some on your face.

Really does brighten

Quick Take: brightening
I got this product for its brightening abilities. My skin tone was uneven and at 50 I was really showing the results of my Florida sunexposure. At first I thought "Hm, I don't see much of an improvement" but didn't want to waste my money so I figured I would use it up and go back to something else. Surprise! When the jar was finished I looked and realized that my skin tone had really evened out! I will definitely continue to use this moisturizer.

Quick Take: intensive
I have been using this along with Thomas peter Roth PM retinol and i have to say i am very happy. it is very hydrating and I do notice a different in my lines. I am 29 and dont have that many lines but I do have slight ones that I want to take care of and prevent them to get worse as I hit 30 this summer. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin tone and evenness, I alos noticed today that my dark spots, are almost gone. I didnt have that many and they were light from sun but OMG my skin has never been so ivory and almost perfect. I took one star only because I do get that greasy feeling AND because it made me break out and I DO NOT break out ever AT ALL. and this made get these little tiny pimples but I am happy that after the second week of use they seem to have gone away. I think my skin just neeeded to get used to it but so far I am very pleased. and the smell is wonderful.

Second time around!

Ok so a while back I posted a less than wonderful review on this cream...but I held out and kept using it because I loved the way it brightened my skin. I finally ran out and switched to the PTR mega rich intense anti-aging cellular cream. Within a week, I was repurchasing the Camu Camu!! I noticed a big difference in my skin (and not a good one either) after I stopped using this moisturizer! This is the second PTR product I have discovered I LOVE by this method! LOL! Thought they were just so-so, but after going without them, I realized just how much they were actually helping!! The Camu Camu cream makes my skin smooth as glass, gives it amazing luminosity, and has a very pleasant orange scent. Love the packaging (except I can't see how much I have left) but it keeps the ingredients from being exposed to light, air, and bacteria, so it stays super fresh. The finish is quite shiny even after it is absorbed and dries, but it is easily toned down with primer or foundation. I find have to use a moisturizing serum underneath in the super harsh winter months, but that's always been the case with my skin no matter what I use to moisturize. Words of caution: my skin is very dry and even I don't need a whole pump of this cream to get the job done!! I found that the first time around when I had complaints of it sitting on my skin, I was using WAY WAY too much!! A half pump sinks in beautifully! I'm re-reviewing this cream and giving it my biggest thumbs up, because it even put the other (more expensive) PTR creams to shame! Love love love!

LOOOVE this moisturizer!! I use it morning & night (& little did I know, my boyfriend has been using it as well). Very lightweight, seeps into skin within seconds, and has even changed the texture of my skin for the better. I've noticed the fine lines around my mouth have vanished. I really like using this moisturizer as a primer for my foundation as well. This moisturizer will definitely be a permanent staple in my skincare regimen, and even my boyfriend is asking for me to pick up more!

I got a sample of this that lasted for three uses and I'm hooked on my first night. I've really seen results in just one application. The next morning I was astonished to see my acne scars got lighter. And today, on my birthday I went to Sephora and bought this plus the serum. Thank You Peter Thomas Roth for this excellent product.

Not impressed

I got this moisturizer to help with slight dryness. Also, as a booster it was suppose to help with overall even tone and fine lines. It was super pricey for me but I thought if it works it would be well worth it. I used it twice a day for 3 weeks with no results. Not even with the dryness. I was still dry and flakey, if not worse. Also, when I went to use it at the end of the third week low and behold there was no more coming out. Really...three weeks and I'm out? For $72.00 I would think it would at least last for a month if not more. Waste of time and money if you ask me.

Quick Take: life changing!!!
Very soothing and creamy moisturizer, and is all that you say, however my skin is verrrry sensitive. I have been disappointed before, and kept the box and expected that I might have to send it back. You would need to fight me to take this product from my clenched and protective hands. This is way beyond what I expected. It truly brightens my skin, and adds a healthy glow. I LOVE this product.

I have been using this product for months now. It's very nourishing to the skin. I have noticed how supple my skin is in the morning. Also my skin appears more even toned and brighter. The price is a little steep, but worth the price.

Perfect for a thirsty face

Absolutely love this product.
I can not go without this moisturizer, it has dramatically improved my skin. I stay hydrated all day without the heavy build up. After years of using Retin-A, my skin has been severely dry for years. This product changed my skin instantly.
The only thing I don't like is the pump. This is the third container I've purchased and all three time the pump stops working after a week.
I've almost returned it, but with much determination I have been able to get the lotion out.
The pump is terrible, I wish they would change it.
For this reason only I give it 3 stars, the pump is a huge problem.

I don know what is going on with PTR lately...I've been a faithful user of these products for years, and over the last 8 months, I've had to change nearly every part of my skincare regime that involved PTR :(. Even the Unwrinkle line seems different...and judging by the opinions at my local Sephora, I am not alone. I was especially sad when I bought my last jar of this cream. It used to hydrate and brighten...now it goes on tacky, stays sticky, and the only brightening effect is a shiny slick all over my face that does not sink in. My sister even called me to see if I was having these issues because her new supply was the same way. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a new vitamin C cream now as well. PTR, what are you doing?? Can we please get our tried and true old formulations back?

This stuff is great! Everything I use makes me break out. I told that to the lady at sephora, she said "this stuff is great for people with acne and a little goes a long way with this product" Well she was right! I saw improvement in my skin when I woke up the next morning! It was very soft and not dry at all! My hormonal breakouts were even smaller too! I stopped getting my cystic acne! I really think it's because of this!

I don't normally rave about products but I bought this about a month ago to try to find something to brighten my skin. I noticed early on that my skin looked better and today at work one of the girls stopped me to say my skin looked amazing. That hasnt happened in a LONG time! Great for my 50+ skin!

Quick Take: feels like velvet not oil
I love this moisturizer! I have combination to oily skin and I usually do not like using moisturizers because they tend to make my face oily and shine! This moisturizer doesn't do this! It makes my skin soft and gives my skin that drink of moisture it needs and is not oily! Thank you Peter Thomas Roth!!!
