Quick Take: easy to use
I was at wits end with my hair. After being anemic and hypothyroid for a few years my hair was a dull, coarse, brittle shell of its former self. The first time I used this I was disappointed that there was not a lot of change. However, I kept it and threw some on now and then before I got in the shower (on dry hair), or added some to conditioner while in the shower. Two weeks later, my hair has returned to being shiny, bouncy and healthy. I will definitely repurchase this.

Quick Take: easy to use
This stuff is great. I normally use the Deep Treatment, but it's not really compatible with color-treated hair. I always wait at least a week after coloring my hair before I use the Deep Treatment, but my stylist recommended that I switch to the Omega-3 instead. The shine and hydration from the Omega-3 seems to last about as long as the Deep Treatment does. I thought it was pretty good.
She shampooed and cut my hair, then she applied the Omega-3 Treatment and covered it with a plastic cap and set me under the dryer for a few minutes. Now that I have my own at-home stand dryer I am looking forward to doing more deep conditioning treatments more often!

the WORST hair treatment

This is probably the worst hair treatment i've ever used. I tried it few times, and it dried out my hair every time. Although the sales assistant at the store highly recommended it, I guess...either she has never used this product, or it is just not for me... It was a big disappointment.

I have curly hair that is normally frizzy and full of fly aways. I was reluctant to try yet another "treatment," but I previously tried (and loved) the scalp treatment so thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The product is a thick yellow cream that has a slightly lemony scent. It is not oily or greasy. Tried it both ways- in the shower and as an intensive treatment with amazing results. No fly aways, no frizz and no knotted curls. It made my hair really soft and there was intense shine. I'm a believer!

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
This really helps soften my dry hair and it keeps my curls bouncy with low frizz. My biggest complaint is that the tube is quite small, and I need a lot of cream for my medium-thick curly hair. Also, this does not detangle hair. However, it really does help my hair seem healthier, and I will enjoy this tube to the last squeeze.

This does make my hair feel less tangly and less dry immediately after washing, but this effect doesn't last long between uses. I have been using a few weeks, and my hair is not significantly healthier. It still is fragile and brittle- so I won't be repurchasing. My search for an effective moisturizing/rejuvenating conditioner continues.

Have been using for a few weeks and no significant difference so perhaps my hair is in worse shape then I thought. The smell is more lemon Pledge than a fresh citrus smell. Would not repurchase this item.

My curly hair was so dry, dull, knotty and lifeless, I was beginning to worry about its health. I decided to try this product out of desperation, but I was reluctant because of its price. However, it is totally worth it. After only 3 uses, my hair breaths new life. My ends are soft, my hair's shine is back, and my hair knots a lot less in the shower when I comb it. This product is truly a life-saver, or more specifically, a hair-saver!

My hair is curly, frizzy and dyed blonde. It often looks dull and drab. i used this with heat for 5 minutes and i am so happy with the results! My hair looks very smooth, feels soft and is super super shiny! I will be using this weekly now. It smells delicious too- like sweet lemons!

I used this product this morning after receiving a sample yesterday and I am shocked. My dry, damaged hair is now shiny, bouncy and full of life. I couldn't believe how silky my hair was. I will be going back to the store to purchase this product. Anyone with curly hair needs to try it!

hands down, one of the best restorative hair products i have ever used. after one use my hair was restored to shiny, healthy locks - and trust me, they were not looking so hot from all the coloring and blowdrying! i know that omegas are good for our diet but who knew what wonders they could do directly on the hair? i just applied in the shower to wet hair, left on for about 5 min, then did my normal shampoo + conditioning routine and voila! major bonus: it has no parabens, sulfates or silicones. definitely a must have!
