Quick Take: chip resistent, long wearing, fast-drying
I hate expensive polish that requires more than two coats...THIS IS NOT THAT POLISH. Glides on easy, dries fairly quick, & looks super rich after two coats. I use a base coat before I apply any polish & with the use of a base coat I didn't get my first chipped nail until about two weeks of wearing. Pretty good if you ask me.

Quick Take: long wearing, fast-drying
I got serenity and love the color. It is a vibrant blue that is gorgeous. As silly as this sounds I haven't seen a color like this before. It lasts a good 5 days on me. I type like crazy and have my nails about 1/2 cm long.

Quick Take: long wearing, chip resistent
I bought this in Vice when they first came out. To start, I can say that I'm obsessed with the color. It's perfect for fall. I also love Serenity for Spring/Summer. They wear well... some normal tip wear after a couple days, which I expect with a desk job.
My only complaint... is that when I think "Rubber finish", I invision a semi-matte, squishy looking finish. However, after only maybe a day or two of wear, my polish always looks glossy (I'm assuming from the oils of my skin and touching my nails, etc). But even after I wash my hands, use sanitizer, etc.... it still stays glossy.
Overall, it's a good polish. I just wish there were a way for it to stay rubbery looking for longer.

Quick Take: chip resistent, long wearing, fast-drying
I have the red (which is no longer stocked) but I will be buying the other colors soon. This polish is innovative, unique, and long-lasting. I am VERY rough and tough on my nails and this polish lasts almost a week without major chips and flakes. I also get lots of compliments and the finish is very true to the finish of rubber latex. If you want something fantastic that shows off your nails and is another accessory, this polish is definitely for you!

This polish is beautiful, unique, fast-drying, and lasts a fair amount of time (3 or 4 days) on my nails. I'm definitely going to buy all of the colors!

Not Good Enough

I ended up returning Vice because, although the color & formula were fine, the rubber effect was not noticeable. I was expecting something at least as striking as the Orly Plastix collection from 2010, but Vice managed to be merely "not very shiny". Fine choice if you need another burgundy creme, though, I guess.

I purchased a bottle of Devotee (on sale), base coat and top coat last week. I was rather surprised to see the pink Devotee go on with a matte finish; however, the top coat added the perfect gloss to the finish. The polish went on smooth-as-silk without any bubbling. It also dried very quickly! I love this stuff!!! :)

Quick Take: streaky, neon
I bought the color Serenity on sale. I thought it was a normal nail polish, and only now do I realize that I bought the Rubber Finish; that explains why it dried matte. That wasn't a big issue because I could just put a top coat on. The color itself is really beautiful; very bright but not too obnoxious on my pale skin. While the color is stunning, the nail polish had some major issues. The formula was really streaky and the difficult to put on. Once it dried, the second coat started cracking (?), which I had never had to deal with any other brand. I want to like this polish, but its formula is just really poor and not even worth the $11 sale price.

Nail Varnish with no shine

This Matte finished nail polish is very long lasting but the color I chose was very neon like and it had no shine (it did say matte finish so I should have known). I chose to use it as a base coat under a color I liked which worked ok. But this is too expensive to have to experiment with.

I bought the neon green. Not quite the finish I was expecting, and it took several coats (maybe I should've bought their base coat), but it dries lighting fast, and lasted a solid week! I'm already looking for another Illamasqua nail polish to try!

I absolutely love it, it is an amazing nail varnish that has fast drying and long lasting. I love it and after the second top the color seems better. It will start to chip after 2 1/2 weeks but it is a great value, because it´s long lasting and of a better quality

I've never purchased this brand, but I think I will be buying from them a lot in the future. I'm usually not one for matte finishes; I love lots of shine and reflection in my nails, but I thought I'd try this out since the words 'rubber finish' piqued my curiosity. The color is perfect for the fall/winter season and dries a little darker than what you see in the bottle. It went on ultra smooth and evenly. My nails were well covered with just two coats, but I painted a third just because I'm used to using a topcoat and knew I couldn't with this one, lest I want to ruin the natural finish. It dried rather quickly and the finish is very true to it's name. It's not 100% matte like I thought it'd be and it kinda makes my nails look rather faux. I wasn't 100% sure I'd like it, but it turns out I love it! It gives my hands a very understated, yet sharp, manicure which is perfect for the season. I'd love to try this out in other colors and hope they expand this line.
