This was easy to apply and I like the colors. I like that it was on sale yet it was still expensive for nail polish. So far its wearing decently though and hasn't chipped. I feel this is a pretty good product.

the price is fantastic for this duo as you're getting 2 for the price of 1. the colors are beautiful and you just need one coat for full coverage. unfortunately the viridian only looks good on ivory skinned girls and that's not me.

Was hesitant at first to buy because of comments about the glitter colour but glad I ignored them! The glitter is rich covers well and last ages the teal is amazing! Highly recommend this nail varnish !

These colors are beautiful! You really only need one coat for full coverage. The price is the only thing I'm not too happy with, even though I bought this on sale. I have found it easy to dupe other Illamasqua colors with less expensive drugstore brands.

Quick Take: good value
I love these colours, but was surprised at how goopy the formula or glitterati was. I tried using it as it came but after an unsuccessful attempt I added some polish thinner and that helped out A LOT. aside from that glitteratti is gorgeous and the glitter looks like a jelly sandy which mancure but with much less hassle. I have no complaints about viridian, it's gorgeous and has a nice formula. I have no problems with illamasqua nail polishes chipping, but I do use a base coat and CND top coat with them so I'm unsure how they'd preform without those.

Bought them on sale but gave them away, as the colors were not every day useful and I already have a lot of glittery and edgy colors to play with.
Still, if the colors appeal to you, the price is right at $19!

Quick Take: long wearing, pigmented, great value
Okay, so the red's a bit hard to take off, what with all that glitter, but oh wow are these beautiful! I love the color pay off of both of them, you only need two coats to get an opaque tone, fabulous! These are definitely worth it, and when I saw they went on sale, I couldn't resist!

I bought this hoping to use the green as a base and trickle the red sparkle from the tips of my nails. It didn't quite work because the red is actually opaque-- really cute combo anyway! Try painting one nail the other colour.

The colors are great. The formula is pretty good too. Glitterati is a little thick and streaky with the first coat, but a second evens it all out and give it nice depth. A top coat brings out the sparkle and helps to smooth the glitter texture. I really love this set.

Quick Take: colorful, pricey compared to most, not long wearing not chip resistant
Bummed after using the Illamasqua Nail Varnish Duo. This is was the first time trying an Illamasqua product. Loved the teal color as it is dark but shiney; loathe the glittery one as it was more of a sheer look with bits of glitter (in the bottle a gal would think it had more color with glitter, but no). Tried both and both chipped without and with my quality clear top-coat from another brand. I also found the teal polish to dry slower than the glittery one and the teal was more "tacky" to the touch even after it dried (w/o the top coat). I bought these on sale, which is still not cheap in today's financial times, but while the teal color was pretty, the final outcome was not. I purchased for the sole purpose-in hopes-the polishes would love up to the chip-resistant hoopla. When removing the teal polish, it was grueling to remove the teal polish (funny how it chips like crazy all over the tips and sides, but the rest of the polish left over was nearly impossible to take off). Trust me, I wanted to love them. I gave these polishes to my young daughter who just loves any polish. If you like the colors and not expecting a longer wear then I say buy them, if you are looking for a more chip-resistant polish then I say you may want to continue on your search.

I had high hopes for this set bcz the colors from the bottles are gorgeous! The teal came out so blah, not like the bottle @ all. There was no sheene or dimension to it & the plum w the glitter was worse. I have tons of high end to low end glitter polishes & this just looked like i slapped on a plain glitter polish then a wine color over bcz u cannot see the glitter @ all. It looked like i had chunks under my polish. I know illamasqua has great polishes but these two were not what i hoped. Maybe thats why they are selling these colors 2 for $20?

Chips too easily

I've worn the glittery red shade and used an Essie basecoat and Seche Vite top coat and it started to chip after 2 days and some nails were almost completely chipped off on the 6th day.....I haven't tried the green shade yet. They are beautiful colors though!

These are definitely worth buying because they last so long and the colors are amazing. Only two coats are needed and they are mostly easy to remove other than the glitter. I will keep buying illamaqua nail varnish from now on, it is very high quality and this is a great price to get it at.

I absolutely love these nail polishes! The colors are amazing and I have gotten many compliments when I wear them. I was very impressed with how long the polish lasted. I haven't had much luck with nail color that says chip resistant but this one holds true to its word.
