I'm in love. This has become a staple for me. The texture is whipped and it glides on smoothly without clumping, running, streaking, or caking. I bought the aurora champagne. It looks great on cheekbones and under the brows. It adds the perfect amount of slightly-sun-kissed shimmer and keeps skin looking and feeling supple. You need to get it!

Quick Take: soft shimmer
I loved this product. Also appreciated that it did not contain many chemicals. I even used it on my eyes as a shadow. It did not get into the creases of my eyelids and brightened my whole eye. I am usually very sensitive to shadows, but this products did not bother me. Great for mature skin.

This a fabulous sheen for under the eyes and upper cheek bone.i swear I look instantly younger!

I like to use this product under my eyes, and to highlight my cheekbones after applying my nars blush. I'm darkskin with sensitive skin, so I don't like to use too much make-up that doesn't go well with my skin. But Gleam Cream works so wonderful for me! Gives such a beautiful effect of the cheekbones! Hope all you enjoy as well as I do:)

I waited for this product to be available at the store again and it swatched gorgeous on my hand. You can see the effect and I could just picture it on my face. Well, after my whole makeup routine, I added Aurora on the high points of my cheeks and it glides oily, no glowy effect as when I swatched it on my hand. I think it would work great on dry skin with dark tone.

I could see how this could be a good highlighter, but the color just didn't go well with my skin. It has a yellow tone that I find unflattering, and would have looked so much better if it was more pink. So I lightly added blush on top but the yellow tone was still too dominate. Plan on returning soon. HOWEVER, like all Illamasque products, the quality is exceptional, and I could definitely see how this would work well on someone else's skin.

I was a bit skeptical after finding that there weren't many reviews on this product, but I ordered anyway.
Pros:
- If you're looking for a light highlighter for contouring and don't want to appear too ethereal or caked, this is perfect.
- Even though this is not a cream-to-powder product, it stays still when you apply foundation over it. (Does not smear out of place.)
- Doesn't clog pores!
- Feels very light, even with heavy application.

- You may need to mix the initial layer a bit before first use. The shimmer seems to have settled under a light layer of translucent cream. (Just swipe a few times extra if not enough product is picked up.)
- Use a brush for better results. I use a liquid foundation brush because it picks up more shimmer. Fingers alone are not adequate.
- Powder sticks very easily to the product, so apply second if using a powdered bronzer when contouring.

I generally have oily skin, but this product stays all day without making me shiny. I use this in conjunction with Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzing Powder under any one of Dr. Jart's Beauty Balms.

This product exceeded my expectations. It makes my skin glow in the most subtle but effective way. Some highlighters have unnecessary chunks of glitter but this much more of a pearlescent finish. I use it on my cheekbones, bridge of nose prior to foundation and I add more on top if needed.

I LOVE THIS!! I can't say it enough. It truly looks like natural light on your face. You just have to use it the right way and apply it over an unpowered face. It has no glittery chunks and just looks like a "gleam." I've tried soooo many other highlighters and this is the only one that lifts and brings light to the face NATURALLY. I'm blown away and can't wait to see what else this brand has to offer.

I love Illamasqua. However, I really expected this to give me a more dewy look than it did. I first saw this product used in a YouTube video with great results which prompted me to buy it. However I found it to be an average highlighter at best. I tried applying it with a brush as well as with my fingers, but I'm just not getting the gleam this cream promises. The color I got is Aurora which is similar to NARS orgasm but a bit lighter. There are fine shimmer particles in the cream but no real dewyness

This highlighter did nothing for me! It looked like I was putting foundation on my skin. This highlighter might work for darker skin, but fair to light skin it does nothing! Do not waste your money. I returned it!

Better than powders! Just use your fingers and dab lightly and it just looks so flawless! Especially during the winter when your makeup looks so dry on the cheek bone area, this helps it looks soft and glowy. Amazing product. Love you illamasqua! Love your blushes as well!!

i liked it. Its creamy for not too oily, doesnt sets into pores or fine lines, not too shiny, just a nice subtle highlighter. Easy to use, great packaging. Keepin it!
