Quick Take: travel-friendly, refreshing & warm
This is the MOST intoxicating juicy orange fragrance I've ever experienced. My mouth glands squirted when I smelled it. I have a weakness for a good citrus and to say this is it is an understatement. I was concerned it might smell like floor cleaner or too overly sweet like candy. However, the tonka bean, amber and sandalwood keep it smooth, rich and cozy but still sweet and juicy. Not syrupy or tart. It is fresh, exhilarating, sexy (in a fun way), simply divine. It lasted all day especially when applied to clothes. Keeping this in my purse as it will be refreshing in the hot humid summer heat & comforting in the cool fall months.

Love it soooooooo much. It is expensive for cologne, and doesn't sat too long, but it is cologne. If I could bathe in it, I would! OMG it smells so wonderful!

I love the smell of this perfume. If you like citrusy fresh smells, you will like this perfume. In the middle of the day, I respritz myself and it invigorates me for the rest of the day.

Delicious fragrance...doesn't last on my skin.

My disclaimer: I'll begin by saying, I ordered the entire sample collection directly from Atelier Cologne (the Sephoras in my area don't carry the line). As a man, I am always apprehensive to order a unisex fragrance...most of the time, they are too feminine for my tastes. I'm working my way through each one to help me decide which one (or ones) I'll be ordering from sephora.com.
So what can I say about my few days with Orange Sanguine? It opens with luscious orange notes with hints of flowers. However, they fade fast leaving a clean and somewhat sweet aroma. There are hints of tonka bean and dry woods after a few hours. At the end of the day, the fragrance had faded quite a bit, but there was a sweet almost vanilla-like aroma left on my skin. The reason I knocked of one star was for longevity. I wish the citrus notes stuck around a little longer. Over all, this fragrance would make a great spring and summer fragrance for a man or woman (truly unisex!). Personally, this one will likely make its way into my own collection.

I use this on lazy days around the house. It's not a fragrance I use for a good impression, it's just a scent that I love. The orange peel comes out really well in it. This is also definitely unisex.

Fresh and refreshing smell. I can't get enough of it! The only thing I can complain about is the price and the scent does not seem to last long on my skin so I would crave for more of it.

this is one of my favorites. it does not last real long, but it smells as if a mandarine orange has just been torn open and a mist of juice hit the air. i tried cartier's orange and returned it. if it says it is citrus, it should at least smell like it and this one is amazing. makes me smile.

Quick Take: reusable, good value, travel-friendly, refillable, airplane friendly
I LOVE, LOVE a good citrus. I was looking for a true orange - a sweet, honey tangerine citrus. An important thing to note here is that it LASTS. I do not understand those that say it is fleeting. This is persistent and the orange goodness lasts through the development stages. Another thing I don't understand is when folks say "why would anyone want to smell of an orange?" Well, clearly, this is named ORANGE Sanguine - what was expected? Created for those that crave this scent. I LOVE, LOVE this. It is indeed reminiscent of Bond 9 Little Italy but without that herbal note and longer lasting AND less expensive. I do like both scents however. It calls to mind the memory of my beloved Body Shop Satsuma Oil (before reformulation years ago). This is a keeper and I am so happy that Sephora carries this now. I will be back for the larger size!

The scent is good, simple, exactly like an Orange if that's what you want, go for it. If you are looking for something more complicated, feminine, look elsewhere.

Heaven in a bottle!

Quick Take: intoxicating, natural, subtle
I received a sample of this as a VIB perk and couldn't wait to get a full-sized bottle of my own! This has to be one of the most enchanting scents I have ever experienced.
The scent is crisp, natural and uplifting. Unlike a lot of scents, this one doesn't give me a headache. I receive a lot of compliments on this, and my fiancé absolutely loves it on me.
The scent goes through some beautiful changes the longer it is on.
I wish this came in a body lotion, as well, so I could layer the scent.
This cologne is so awesome that I really want to try other fragrances from the Atelier line.

I absolutely LOVE this cologne, makes me feel like I'm in the sun all day w/the sweet smell of fruity oranges. I get many compliments on it now, and its still winter, imagine in the summer....I can't wait!

Quick Take: pleasant
Out of all Atelier Cologne scents this is my favorite. Don't expect something sophisticated. The scent is a true fruity sweet orange. If you like it then this perfume is for you. It does not change on my skin what most scents do and mostly not for the better. The scent is intense when sprayed on, but does not stay on all day. I reapply it every 4-5 hrs. This is a perfume that I don't use continuously. I need a 'break' between bottles.

After trying a sample of this, I absolutely had to buy the larger version. If you love citrus scents, this is for you. It's citrus without that house cleaner harshness. It has a warm side to it and changes slightly as it is worn. Really love it because it has warmth and depth. I would buy the large size of this if it weren't so expensive.
