I bought this remembering how good the ginger scent is from Origins. Good as a light moisturizer but I tend to need a heavier cream so not for me on a regular basis.

lovely, fluffy, silky smooth that seems to quickly absorb all seven layers of your skin; the bonus is the lovely ginger scent (it will keep your dreams safe)

OMG I love the smell of this body cream. It reminds me of Lemonhead candy! Yummy! When I first slapped this cream on I was kind of put off by the smell but let it settle for a couple of minutes and you'll get the subtle scent of citrus. I wish they sold this cream in a squeeze tube. I really dislike having to use my fingers to dig out the cream. Maybe I'm just a germaphobe but for sanitary purposes it should really be in a squeeze tube. Just me thought...

I had been looking for a new body moisturizer since my fave, Josie Maran's, was out of stock. I decided to give this one a try because the Orgins brand has never let me down.
As far as moisturization, this product delivers. It absorbs easily with no sticky texture left over. I wouldn't describe the texture as whipped, it is more like a lotion.
My favorite thing about this product is the smell. I thought is was odd at first but the more I smell it, the more I love it. It is very unique and the smell puts me in a good mood.

A delight after I shower!

I apply this on after I shower and I agree with the other reviewers, this cream really does magic. My skin gets dry on my hands, ankles and arms very quickly but after I apply this my skin is soft, supple and hydrated.
The bonus is the ginger scent, which isn't overwhelming at all, it smells divine at first and then it starts to linger, plus my guy really likes being extra close to me after I put it on ;)

I'm in love with the spicy fragrance - it's light, and very unique. I wish the scent lasted a little longer. The moisturizing effect lasts more than a day, though.
I'm thinking of purchasing the perfume to help the scent linger. The cream definitely has a rich feel and a softening effect on my dry skin. I've only used this for a couple of weeks but I think I'm in love!

I look forward to getting a new jar every fall... The spicy ginger fragrance is great for these seasons & my skin cries out for the extra attention I give it with this wonderful whipped lotion. Lighter than a lot of body butters, but heavier than a lotion. Mmmmmm :-)
