Applied twice a day, this product appears to have helped in reducing puffiness under my eyes. Skin texture seems to have improved as well. I have been using it for almost a year now. Paired with a good night's sleep, it works beautifully.

The application is awkward and results questionable. Been using product for a couple of weeks in the morning and find it cooling but my puffiness is unchanged. Makeup application after is good. Thus far would not purchase again. Too much thought has to go on to use and be careful not to apply to much product.

Quick Take: hydrating, brightening, absorbs quickly, gentle
I love this eye serum. I use it every night before my moisturizer and find that I wake with my eyes much less puffy, and my wrinkles are visably reduced. I like how the pearl end has that little massaging ability...I only use the tip of the pearl to do the massage so I don't apply too much product, and then massage the rest in with my pinky. Worth the money to me.

Quick Take: brightening
this serum is amazing. I noticed a difference within a few days. I also had people ask me what I did differently. Used appropriately and with a moisturizer following, it's great. I recommended it to all my friends and felt the need to recommend it on here. Ignore all the reviews that say about it drying out your skin, it's a serum, you'll have to moisturize.

I bought this hoping that it would help with my puffy eyes, the salesperson recommended it. I said I have sensitive skin, she said it would be OK. Well it wasn't- it made the skin under my eyes red from usage. I had to take it back.

I'm a person with very puffy lower lids, and this serum helped immensely. Several of the Genefique products seem to have the property of making one's skin glow from within, and this one does, too! The applicator DOES make you use too much, but its purpose is to massage problem areas, which it does quite effectively. After a month or two I could see dramatic improvement! And, of course, since it's a serum, a moisturizing product should be used afterwards. Will purchase again! (Those who noticed a residue are using too much per application, and those who expect a serum to moisturize don't understand what a serum is and what it does and doesn't do.)

I love this product, it is slightly exfoliating like the genifique face serum but formulated for the eye area....the applicator helps massage the lymph fluid to help drain puffiness and then gradually helps with some darkness. BUT its a SERUM which anyone with a brain would know means, you must follow up with an eye cream for the moisture!!! I love this product and just hope people use common sense and try for themselves, bc Lancome is all about research and not every product out there is for everyone:)

The serum leaves my eye area feeling tacky and un-moisturized. The roller ball just seems plain silly and I used my finger instead. It takes too long to dry even when I use a small amount. My time in the morning is too precious to waste waiting for this to dry. Additionally, I saw no results. This isn't one of Lancome's better products.

Tightens, but also drying

I've been looking for a good eye serum. I got this as a gift and have mixed feelings about it. It is a very watery serum, and the application tends to over-apply. I dot it onto my eyes and spread with my ring fingers. A little goes a long way and I think the bottle will last me quite a while.
I think this has tightening properties for under the eyes, but it also ends up drying my skin and makes the wrinkles appear worse. I make sure to follow this with a moisturizing eye cream. Definitely would not use this alone.

This pricey little item did NOTHING to improve my skin texture. My eyes have beginning stages of lines, with some slight loss of elasticity. I believe this has been the biggest disappointment of a product ever!! But because it’s *LANCOME*, there is hope that the product would do something ~ especially for what they charge for it?? IF ANYTHING, IT CAUSED ME MORE PROBLEMS, BECAUSE IT IS PURE JUNK!!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED~ I will be taking it back to the lady who sold it to me and demanding a something else that actually works!!!!!!

I am always looking for a great eye treatment. Usually the hype is bigger and better than the product. However I read a few reviews and decided to take a chance on this. I LOVE IT! It "de-puffs" almost instantly. Truly a new favorite!

Do not waste your money

Used up a full bottle -applied 2 times a day- with not even a single visible improvement! The applicator is just silly and the product is too liquidy. The only plus is that it was coming with free gifts (mascara, eye shadow colors, eye makeup remover... All very good). So basically I spent $65 on samples... Anyway avoid Lancome for all skincare products (tried their serum as free sample but was making me itchy). Only their makeup products are good.

What a disappointment. The eye serum cracked my upper lids, leaving no moisturizing effects whatsoever. I've used it daily for a week now. The pearl applicator is annoying, twisting in too many directions. I switched to using my fingertip. What a waste of $65.

I purchased this after reading a comprehensive review on a beauty blog. I use it every night and every couple morning. Been using this for about 3 weeks now and I can actually see the fine lines around my eyes have disappeared! i think you have to use it everyday and massage the right way for it to work effectively. it's light, and i recommend putting a little bit of eye cream after if you have dry eye area. So far so good, i might have to give it 5 stars in a month if i see some major change!

I bought this to get rid of my dark circles.unfortunately, after 4 weeks, not only it didn't make it look better, but also made it worse. it took forever to absorb as well.

I have to admit. I am a total skeptic of all eye treatments. I have suffered from bags and dark circles under my eyes for many years, even as a teenager. I have been using this serum for just about a month now and have seen dramatic results. I wake up in the morning with NO puffiness under my eyes! The circles are getting lighter and lights. The best thing I like is it is almost instant. Once you apply the serum under the eyes the puffiness will reduce! I love the wand. The feeling of something cool under your eyes is very refreshing. I have worn it under my concealer for a double whammy effect. It gives a great fresh-face look. The one problem I do have is with the amount of product you get on the wand. I find myself either tapping the want to get some of the serum off or dabbing it on my face and using my finger to apply it the way the instructions suggested.

I've had puffy eyes due to allergies, but now that I'm older they are getting worse and I look tired all the time. The product is highly recommended. It's light, cool and takes a little time to absorb. The wand puts on way too much and you have to rub it in which takes more time than it should. It is also not hydrating and that's important otherwise you have to use another product This did nothing for my bags after 6 weeks.

The applicator feels great, but I do always get too much which is hard to avoid if you don't want to waste any product.
It doesn't absorb quickly enough for my rushed morning routine... I usually end up putting it on, letting it absorb while having breakfast, and then going back to finish up 5 or 10 minutes later.
It works though, and the applicator feels great - especially on tired morning eyes!
