Feels good but not as effective.

Quick Take: hydrating, absorbs quickly
This is a very fine textured eye cream that won't cause any irritation, breakouts or milia. I loved what pitera did for my facial skin and was hoping to see the same results on the delicate eye area.
The Good: It's moisturizing, hydrates all day, creamy yet light weight even for night and day time use, non-invasive scent, provides some firming effect and absorbs quickly into the skin.
The Bad: Not as effective in terms of minimizing/deminishing fine lines, sagginess, sallowness or puffiness.
I didn't see major improvements on my expression lines and bags even with over a year of twice daily usage. This is best for someone who is not experiencing many needs yet in the eye area with the exception of hydration and minor firming and brightening effects.

Not moisturising enough

This eye cream improved smoothness. I also noticed some wrinkles (not so deep) getting kind of stretched out. But, not great for dryness. My biggest concern is dryness around eye area and fine lines on the inner bottom lid. But since I had started using this cream, I even felt skin around my eyes was a bit drier than usual every morning. Not satisfied.

In general, I don't wear eye cream or serum because it burns my eyes and makes my eye areas itchy.
But this product is amazing!!! hydrating all day long. I don't feel itchy.

Quick Take: hydrating, brightening, absorbs quickly, decreases fine lines
I don't think this is the everyday product for my age. However, as a performer, I often need to wear eye make up. It is no doubt abusive to the skin around my eyes. The worse is that it causes fine lines! When they get a little too serious (in my opinion), I would use this product twice daily for about a week. In as little as three days, VIOLA!, the fines lines significantly diminished, along with puffiness and dark circle. What's even better is that it last!
NOTE TO ALL BEAUTIES: All you need is a teeny tiny bit of this cream. Size of a mung bean is plenty for both eyes. Excess cream could cause oil bumps. Lightly tap around your eyes for 15-20secs after applying the cream will boost absorption and the result!

Quick Take: hydrating, my advice - use sparingly
I don't have "major" concerns around my eyes... so this eye cream was just a bit too powerful for me I think. I do not have fine lines or wrinkles, my issue is just a little puffiness under my eyes. I am still considering a staple product... BUT if I do not find anything else to my liking I will probably come back to this because it was very hydrating and I currently use several other SK-II products that I am thrilled about :)

I did not find this cream to be special or unusual, well, except for the fact that after a few days of use, the skin around my eyes broke out in strange red bumps. I stopped using it and the bumps went away. Not sure why my eyes were effected so much since I use other SK products and didn't have a problem.
