I've only ever used tinted moisturizers, but wanted something more without being too much.
This bb cream gives more coverage than a tinted moisturizer but not as heavy as most foundations. Its SUPER CONCENTRATED so you only need a tiny bit per application, so the little tube actually goes a long way. I've had mine for 8 months and have barely used half. Make sure you apply right after moisturizer/primer as the bb cream sinks into skin better (especially when using BB's Foundation Brush). In the winter my skin is dry and a little oily in the summer. This stuff totally adapts to my face and looks perfect all the time. No more searching for the right makeup ever again!

This product was not for me. I was under the impression that a BB cream offers very light coverage, like a tinted moisturizer, but the coverage on this was actually heavier than the coverage offered by BB's Skin Foundation! I returned it.

I like it. It's not great but good for everyday use. I might want a bit more of coverage, but just for staying home and walking a dog, this gives me an easy fix of my skin. I still wear my eye cream & lotion.

This is the only BB cream I have tried so I have nothing to compare it to but I really like it. I'm pretty pale and I have trouble finding anything light enough to look natural on me, but the lightest shade works well on me. It doesn't have a ton of coverage but it is enough to even out my skin tone and hide the redness I get on my cheeks. It isn't very moisturizing and it emphasizes the dryness of my skin and looks flaky unless I wear a moisturizer underneath it. Other than that though it feels nice, it isn't too heavy or greasy like a regular foundation might be. Good for people who don't like the feel of makeup on their face.

I was looking for something lighter than my usual foundation. I am a big fan of Bobbi Brown eye makeup so I figured I would give their BB cream a shot. Although it provides a light, natural coverage, I definitely would not buy it again. Within a few hours (if not just one hour), the oil on my skin peeks through. Also, this is my first BB cream, but isn't it supposed to do seven different things? To date, I have only seen it do one (provide light coverage). It's not terrible enough that I will return, but I highly doubt I will be buying a second botle.

I tried several BB creams including the original Korean brands. While Bobbi Brown offered more color selection and the texture is really nice, it was expensive for this small tube! It is sheer and not as enough coverage as I wanted. Good color, sun protection and I like that it has treatment ingredients.

I adore Bobbi Brown products, but I was very disappointed when I tried this BB cream. Product dries so quickly, it is hard to work with and becomes clumpy. Coverage is blotchy. I returned it.

Lovely foundation, not "Extra light"

I love the way this bb cream applies. It's smooth, sinks in, and evens out the color in my face without giving the appearance of wearing makeup. It's very sheer coverage, which is what I prefer. It doesn't dry out my face either, though I do apply moisturizer underneath. I removed one star because the "Extra Light" is not a truly fair shade, it's a few steps up from other primers. It's sheer enough so that it doesn't really matter, but if you are incredibly fair, this may be too dark for you.

Quick Take: convenient
I've used BB foundations and powders for over 10 years. My go-to foundation was always the foundation stick in Warm Sand--perfect match, and versatile in winter with lighter powder and in summer with bronzer. But I had to layer sunscreen and primer, and ugh. This has replaced my go-to foundation! I LOVE IT! No more layering. It's so convenient! If you use BB Warm Sand or Sand foundation and you want to try this, then I suggest getting Light. I purchased both Light and Fair, and Light was terrific; the Fair was too dark. One thing I really like about this cream is how it looks under my eyes. Now I still use the foundation stick,but only as a little extra concealer under my eyes and around my nose. Will definitely buy again!

Quick Take: moisturizing, blendable, concealing, glowy
I was pleasantly surprised by this product. First off, it does smell like sunscreen, so if you don't like that, don't get this. But I loved that. It made me really feel like I was protecting my skin. I absolutely noticed that the formula helped combat any redness or irritation I'd get from my skin getting too dry (or from blowing my nose a lot during allergy flare-ups), and it never made my sensitive skin break out. I found it to be very gentle and forgiving. It gives you a beautiful glow that looks like you've gone vegan and are only eating greens, even if you're like me and donuts are sometimes your best friend. Sometimes I didn't even use a brush to blend (I know, I know) and it still looked natural. I'd recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin who suffers from the occasional breakout and wants excellent protection from the sun.

I was extremely disappointed in this BB cream; I had much higher expectations of the Bobbi Brown brand. The consistency was very thick, the texture and smell made it seem more like a tinted sunblock than a bb cream. I would not recommend for drier skin types.

I like this. Usually sunscreens are irritating to my eczema prone skin. This one gives light coverage and looks and feels like my skin can breathe. I got compliments on how nice and natural my skin looked when I had it on. I might try the foundation next.

Quick Take: heavy, shiny
I like this BB cream because it matches my skin better than others but I do not like feeling of it. I don't like the consistency, it's not easy to blend, and it accentuates my dryness. It also has a heavy feeling that I don't love. Also, I don't know how to explain but I can feel the burn of the sunscreen in my eyes (I don't put it in my eyes!). The coverage is okay though.

I have light skin and usually wear between 3-5 in most brands and wear Beige in Bobbi Brown foundations. I got a sample in fair and it is a little light, but Medium is way too dark. They need a shade between.
The consistency is nice and it covers but gets really dry looking after a few hours. Also, my skin looked flat and dull.
