Well worth the price

Quick Take: very good
These minis have a rich texture that glides on easily. The formula is well pigmented. My favorite is Lolita because it is something I could wear night and day. I am asian and yellow tone and these colors were all flattering to my skin tone. No complaints here. Lasts half a day at work. It was my first Kat Von D purchase and now I will definitely try other make-up items.

Not worth it...

I even got this on sale and was totally surprised to have such small miniature lipsticks... litlerally maybe an inch tall and the actual lipstick is even tinier. I wish I saw this in the store first, I never would have gotten it had I seen it in person. Totally not worth what I paid. Don't let the picture fool you. The lipstick itself is not great, but not terrible, basically, like any other regular lipstick.

Lipsticks are creamy and not drying. I didn't like the Forever & Ever, because the foil part of the lipstick highlights the creases on my lips. I love all the other 5 though. Lipsticks are tiny, but the sale price is worth it to sample all the colors.

The colores are great. They range from light to bold fancying all your moods and occassions. Smooth and long lasting. No regrets, definitely worth trying. Or perhaps a little gift for someone, just to say.

Rosary and Lolita are now a must have for myself. Absolutely gorgeous.
Underagered i found to be quite lovely, just not the right red for me unfortunately.
Beranice is nice deepened red, although the metallics can be a tad bit drying, i would definitely recommend putting a light lip balm underneath.
Forever&Never I personally find to be more of a layering lipstick more than anything.. a rose gold lip just doesn't look too flattering to me.
Valentine is a hot mess. Pure pink glitter. Glitter everywhere. Even after washing it off thoroughly I still had glitter all over my face..

I bought this set over two months ago but just recently started trying them. I love this lipsticks. The colors are truly beautiful and deep and the lipsticks are moisturizing. They truly compliment my dark tan complexion. I am buying another set today and I would recommend that you do too. Who knew that Kat Von D did such a great job?

Quick Take: a great value, good variety, creamy, moisturizing
This set is a great way to try out Kat Von D's two different lipstick types. I would love if they did something like this for her liquid lipsticks. I loved all of these colors execpt the really glittery pink. Pink isnt a color I love enough to put on my lips like that. So instead I use it VERY lightly and put some lip balm over it and it gives this nice light pink and shimmery lip. Because if you wear it alone, even after scrubbing your lips and moisturizing them, the pink foiled lipstick is wayyy too drying. But all the others are so nice and creamy. Even the two other foiled lipsticks are nice and moisturizing, and are not drying like the pink one.
These arent exactly long lasting, since they are pretty creamy. If you want long lasting, mattes are usually the way to go. These do need touch ups every so often and of course they show up on cup rims and forks. Just be careful and dont be a heathen. lol.

The colors in this set are fabulous and very complimentary, but the formula is very drying, so I would recommend they be paired with your favorite moisturizing lip gloss.

Decent variety of colors to try out and play around with. Pigment saturation is okay.. But product texture is not very luxurious and feels tacky on the lips. Wasn't a fan of the fragrance, either. Also, the tiny trial size makes it difficult to apply properly.

My husban purchased these for me for my birthday & I love them. They go on so creamy & the color is amazing. I like lipstick but havent worn any for a few years because they felt so drying. I dont have that problem with these & I think the color lasts pretty well. Its not going to last forever because its a lipstick not a lip stain. I feel sexy when I put one of these on & to my that is the whole point of make up. Not making yourself look better but enjoying how you feel when you wear it! Definitly worth the purchase to be able to try mutiple colors. I know that the are smaller for the price due to getting a variety but I am a little sad that I know they will be empty sooner. It just means Im going to have to start saving my pennies to restock!

I love to switch up my lipsticks and this definitely allows one to experiment! I love every shade of lipstick in the set! Rosary is a little harsh, but beautiful none the less. Underage red and valentine are my favorites!

Quick Take: durable, versatile, playful
These are my go to lipsticks for now on. I was worried about the colors not working for me because a lot of lip stain/stick/gloss sets claim to work for all skin tones but really don't. I'm a mid-brown (is that a color lol) african-american and all these shades work for me. They also mix well so if a color doesn't work for you, try mixing it with another shade. 3 are matte, 3 glossy. You will likely have to put a moisture base/cover with it but it has serious staying power. Love, love, love.
Oh and these are mini lipsticks for sure. Not so mini it's not worth the money, but don't expect close to full-size.

Nice colors. Don't know if it lasts or how pigmented it is. I returned it without using because the lipsticks r so tiny. Smaller than the birthday gift sample I got of fresh lip balm!

Quick Take: long lasting, fun, good value, creamy, smooth
I'm very new to using lipstick and didn't really have a good idea of what brands were good, what consistency in the lipstick was good for me (creamy, matte, etc), and was unsure of what colors looked the best on me or how to find them so i bought this set.
Its awesome, you get 6 lipsticks for the price of one and a great variety that can go with pretty much any style. I fell in love with lolita!! Bought the tube in its normal size, planning on buying the color Rosary next because its very dark and sexy and fun.
The only con is that they are very very small. Like, really. you'd even feel a little silly in my opinion putting it on in public because they look like children's make up toys. Or at least they look like the pretend make up sets my mother would buy me when I was little.
