L'Artisan Parfumeur Premier Figuier

Ripe figs drenched in Mediterranean sunlight Premier Figuier, or the First Fig Tree, was created by Olivia Giacobetti. Its catching name refers to its importance as the first perfume composed around a fig theme. Though there are others now, Premier Figuier is the benchmark against which all others are measured. Notes:Fig Leaves, Almond Milk, Sandalwood. Style:Original. Unique. Happy.

Smells of fig TREE, not of fig fruit!
-12.19.12
Okay, this is absolutely not what I thought I would be receiving. Based on the review prior to mine, I thought this would have the smell of fig fruit. It does not. It smells instead of crushed fig leaves - and it is a powerful scent. A little masculine.
That being said, I do like it. It goes on very strong, but dissipates quickly, leaving a leafy green fig leaf scent. Because this is an EDT, unfortunately the scent does not last long, about 4-5 hours at most. Which is unfortunate, given the cost of this perfume. But, the scent is truly unique and you certainly won't be confused with anyone else in your office when you wear this!

Fig amazingness!
-09.27.12
Quick Take: long-lasting, fresh
This scent is just a divine fig fragrance. I can just smell this all day and will not get tired of it. You can spray it on your face and It's never too cloying (not that I'm saying you should start spraying perfumes to your face). It's very fresh, very green. It's like walking on a field of grass with your bare feet on the perfect spring day.
This is definitely a unisex scent. As someone who doesn't like perfumes that are too sweet or floral or girly, this is just purely amazing. It smells much like Diptyque Philosykos, which I also love, but this lasts longer (which is expected, considering the more expensive price tag). On me, this can last up to 10 hours.
