A little disappointed with this set. I should have let the sales asst show me a few tricks before buying it. They are too thick to use as eyeliners so i smudge them on the lids as a shadow

I can't begin to say how much I love these liners! I thought it would be a problem with how chunky they are, but it's not. They go on so smooth, blend so nice, colors are magnificent, and they don't smear. The light color is my fave for my top corner of the eye - it just brightens me up! I used 24-7 by Urban Decay in the past and truly love this product more! Lasts longer without smearing and so easy to make a "cat-eye"

Great Eyeliners

These are really nice eyeliners. I was unsure at first whether to get these because I wasn't sure if I would use all these colors, but they are all great and I use every single one. They are long lasting and go on very smoothly. Also, they come with a sharpener (which wasn't really clear in the description).

Beautiful colors, made me cry

I have very sensitive eyes and love Tarte, but after trying these gorgeous eye shadow pencils, on went the waterworks. My eyes were teary and red, so had to return them. That rarely happens with shadows, so I'm not sure which ingredient set them off :(

Easy to use

I love these eyeliners. You can do so much with them. They're great for creating a smokey eye look or simply wearing them as eye liner. The colors are perfect, and they go nicely together. For a simply look i but a neutural eyeshadow all over my lid then put one of these along my lash line both top and bottom. Easy peasy.

Glamorous and Smudge Proof

What I like about these pencils is that they glide on with out tugging the eye area. They stay put all day and do not smear or smudge. I have sensitive eyes and have had no issues with these pencils. These colors are great and the black is truely an intense black!

Quick Take: long lasting!, amazing colors!, versatile!
I wanted this so badly, then it was out, then it came back!!! I didn't hesitate then and it is so worth it. The formula glides on, the skinny black liner is precise as liquid liner(I don't like liquids), the thick liners go on smoothly and because I have larger eyes I can use them as regular liner or smudgy look. Once you put it on you are set for the day & beyond, It's BUDGE proof! My next experiment will be as shadow with the lighter colors.

Black eyeliner broke as soon is I tried to use it so I decided to sharpen it with the sharpener it came with and it got stuck there! I couldn't even turn it so that was a waste.. The material the pencil is made out of is way to hard bc I tried to sharpen it with mine and it had the same result. The colors are ok but they are waaaay too soft almost kinda slippery. It ok to use them as a base for eye shadows but that about it.

these are absolutely fabulous. I need a good eyeliner so thought I would try these it was a great value being 25.00 for one. They are super creamy and do not cease on me at all and the colors are fabulous. Im gonna try more tarte products in the future:-)

I am always looking for an eyeliner that is easy to use, waterproof, goes on my wrinkled lids smoothly and doesn't smudge. These liners are fantastic! The colors are nice and there are a lot of choices. The fact that they are thick is an asset, it actually makes it easier to apply. Love them & highly recommend them.

If u love Tarte & are considering getting this set..... consider no more.... get it!! these shades r gorgeous. perfect as a liner or shadow. I also wear one as a shadow base & 1 in the crease. No matter how you wear them, if u r a Tarte fan & a fan of smolderEYES...I think u will be very happy!

I really like this set. The colors are gorgeous. The smudgers are a nice touch too. I have never owned colored eyeliners before, so this was great for me to try... especially with a brand that is free of crummy chemicals.
The only slight critique i have is that they are quite creamy, so do prime & powder over your eyes before applying.

Quick Take: eye liner, eye shadow
This is one of the great product from Tarte. I waited until this product back in stock and bought it. Finally I got it and I feel so good that I finally got it. There were thousands of reviews and swatches online as reference and very helpful. They are easy to apply and create a great effect.
