Quick Take: handy!, durable
Bought this at Sephora in Times Square. I had broken a nail while visiting Manhattan and it was driving me crazy! I hopped into Sephora and was very quickly shown the display for nail files. This one comes with a case- which can be kind of hard to open, but the file doesn't have to stay in the case. The file took care of my nail and I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit without an annoying broken nail.

Quick Take: portable, convenient
I purchased this on vacation in NYC and wish I had gotten several (one for every purse), the file is half the size of a standard file, making it portable, and the plastic case protects the file from being dinged up in your purse by your keys and whatever else happens to find its way in there. I intend to order several during holiday time and use them a stocking stuffers for all the ladies I know.

Quick Take: effective, long lasting, a good buy
This is probably the best file I have ever gotten, I kid you not. Most files tend to either wear off the grit really fast, or the grit gets gunked up fast. This stays gritty and effective for a long time, even when used to trim up a chip to my gel nails (I'm rough on my hands)!

I returned this after using it once as the surface had already started to wear off...I may have just picked a 'dud', because normally Tweezerman products are excellent.

love the protective case, keeps the file clean and doesn't ruin everything else in my bag, but the file itself is so coarse it gives me chills to use it. Great for emergency snags on the go, but I couldn't stand for this to be my go-to file!

Quick Take: effective, cheap, colorful
I have been looking for a great nail file. Recently, for some reason, I could only find ones that are not "rough" enough to file my nails into shape. So I've been searching and searching and tried a lot of them. FINALLY I got my hands on this bad boy and let me tell you, this is THE nail file. Not only is it cute, IT DOES THE JOB and it does it right! I know I'm gushing about a nail file but I literally LOVE this product. A staple in my makeup bag!

This little file is just the right. . . everything! It comes in a little plastic case, which means no snags on your purse lining, no scratching your mobile devices, no dirt. Additionally, the file itself has two grades of abrasive grit. The one side is rough enough to actually remove some length, for goodness' sake, and the other is fine enough to shape, smooth and contour without snagging. This little thing is a wonder. I bought my first one and less than a week later I picked up extras for my home and my office. Far superior quality to what you can find at other beauty suppliers (both file and case).

I have thin, brittle nails that are prone to breakage and tearing. Nail files tend to shred and cause them to flake. This file is nice and solid, and gets the job done, leaving my edges smooth.

I bought this just to push my purchase over the $59 free shipping mark, but how surprised was I?!? I love it. It comes in a little clear reuseable case and its tweezerman! Works great without tearing or damaging my nails and is perfect for travel!

Well--I needed a nail file for my purse, and I didn't want to carry a glass file, although they work very well. This thick emery board in its convenient plastic case is every thing it needs to be. It's so well-made, I can even use it to push back my cuticles.
