Quick Take: long wearing, true color
This has a good, long-lasting color however it is also drying on my lips. It has 10% shea butter but I still need to add a lip balm, since it is cold and dry here in February. I think it will be fine as the weather warms up!

Quick Take: sunday riley lipstick, dries lips has no staying power
It dries my lips and doesn't stay on any better than my other lipsticks. It feels very dry going on.

Quick Take: dry and hard to apply but pretty color
I was introduced to this at Barneys before Sephora picked up the line. The Sunday color is the popular color of 2012 and Ms. Riley's runway look. It is a coral red - it does not look red at all, but it is a nice Spring/Summer and Fall color. The problem is that it is DRY!!!!!!! You are better using a brush to apply it. It is not a strong pigment color either, so I am not sure why it is so DRY. It was paired with a lovel S. Riley lipgloss and I will provide that color later.

i wear marie antoinette everyday and i always get so many compliments!! the color just glides on my lips and keeps for a long time before reapplying.

Quick Take: long wearing
I've been on the hunt for the perfect red lipstick that stays put and looks great for hours. This is it! I read that SR's red was used for the Victoria Beckham fashion show and loved the look so ordered it right away. It's fantastic! It lasts for hours and hours and really looks a lot like a great stain after time. It's great! It's a bit drying but I just tap on a bit of gloss when I feel dry. Otherwise, I've found my perfect red and have officially stopped my search! An addict!

Quick Take: sahara dry
I love all of the other SR makeup I bought, but the lipsticks are truly nightmares. I bought one and thought it was defective as it was so drying on my lips and hard to apply. I bought another one and it was equally bad. I hope they reformulate 'cause all of their other stuff is WONDERFUL. Buy a SR lipgloss or eyeshadow instead. HTH.
