I came across this set at the store and it immediately caught my attention! I love the color (gold) choice. It's glamorous. The brushes are fairly great and the set was extremely cheap. (Considering the value) I think it was an overall great purchase.

Quick Take: fun, pretty, labeled brushes, great for the price
the brushes are okay, not a fan of the bigger brush. the gold set i purchased look sooo nice. the eyeshadow brushes are REALLY nice, labeled for what areas on your lids to use each brush which is kinda cool. now, the clutch is AWESOME. i absolutely love it.. i think the only part i don't care for is the bigger brush, but who cares.

Good quality brushes, all the essentials. I was able to toss old mix and match brushes, and replace with this really cool set. I ordered the gold, and it makes me feel so glam!

Quick Take: travel size
The liner shadow and precision shadow brushes are nice. The regular shadow brush and the crease brush are kind of prickly to the skin. I don't think I'll keep those two. But the clutch is cute and is the first one I've ever run across that I'll actually think about using out and about. Overall the brushes are great for travel or for people with small hands who like smaller brushes. The quality isn't what I expected from Sephora so I'll keep looking.

I use the clutch to hold my brushes and that is it. But these brushes are only okay. They are soft and dense, but not very well shaped, so it is difficult to be precise. Not exactly what I was looking for.

I mainly bought it for the clutch itself, love the look for a night out. The brushes were a bonus. I am not a professional makeup artist but I like the portable set and works very well too.

Quick Take: convenient for use! good brushes.
Before I made my purchase, I was worried about the quality of the bag/clutch. Now that I received the brushes and clutch, I must say I love them! Granted that the clutch is not the most expensive looking thing, but it's well made. Most importantly, I love the brushes! The set is so convenient for use. I go everywhere with the set when I travel. I consider it a great buy!!

I chose the gold bag. Not only is it great for a night out with all the touch up make up brushes you need, but it is small ennough and compact for riding on the Harley. With space limitations when riding, this bag fits the bill

I bought the gold set and love the luxurious look of the gold brushes. More than that the quality is great!! I've noticed a few of the hairs on the powder blush have fallen out.

Quick Take: good value, travel size, nice basic set, soft
I really like these brushes. First thing, though, is that the description is really inaccurate. There are only five brushes in the set, not six. The set comes with a powder/blush brush (not two separate ones), a regular eyeshadow brush, a precision/crease eyeshadow brush, an angled eyeliner brush and a lip brush. There is no smudge brush. The brushes are labeled on the handles. I was very happy with this, since I didn't need a smudge brush but needed a lip brush.
I have another set of Sephora brushes (five piece "starter" set, procured a holiday season or two ago) and these brushes are better quality than that set. The handles feel like metal - cool to the touch. I got the gold set, and they look luxe. The brushes are smaller than a regular sized set - shorter, kind of like in between travel size and regular sized brushes. I really like the size though. I have smaller hands and this way I can get close to the mirror without poking myself with a brush, plus they will travel well. But if you are looking for full-sized brushes with long handles, you may be unhappy with this set. I'll also say that the size makes the powder brush work well as a blush brush. I use mineral foundation and I wouldn't use this brush to apply powder foundation - it's flatter (not round) and smaller than my good mineral foundation brush. However, I did use it to apply loose powder mineral blush and it worked great! The bristles for all these brushes are so beautifully soft and they pick up a good amount of makeup.
My only complaint is that the angled eyeliner brush felt kind of pokey in my delicate eye area. Also, I would never actually carry the clutch with an outfit. I plan to use it to store my brushes, primers and mascaras.
