I was really excited for this. I'm a nail varnish junkie. Looks soooo gorgeous, but it chips quickly, even with bottom/top coats. Was disappointed.

The color are pigment. But the plus is the quick dry. I purchased two different trios-the silver metallic collection & black metallic collection. The black metallic is not your traditional metallic. It has red & blue glitter in polish-which make the metallic settle but it still allows you to have your own style. I need full sizes in this collection (hint for Christmas 2013)!

You need a nice top coat and lots of it

I fell in love with Rio Red in this set. It dries to a grainy finish but if you put two thick topcoats on, it shines beautifully for a couple of days but you'll have to put it on again later. Giving it average because I don't like having to take the extra steps to get the effect I want.

The packaging is cute from the individual bottles to the plastic box they come in... I hope that I can find a way to reuse them as they are hard plastic containers.
The polish colors are great, I love for each set the two sparkly ones. There is moderately sparkly and very sparkly. The other color is basic.
So last night I did 3 coats of the super sparkly black followed by a top coat and it started peeling today :( It looked great for a minute and I've gotten a few compliments, but it's coming off on 3 nails right now and thats with no dishwashing, showering, scraping off stickers with my nails, etc...

Quick Take: love this trio!
i am definitely loving these super cute nail polish trios! i originally bought the black and silver sets for myself and liked them so much i keep purchasing more for people i know who love to keep their digits perfectly polished! the polish itself has a nice consistency, not too thick yet not too thin and my mani lasted for a litte over 2 weeks before it started chipping.

Beautiful Color, Lasted 4 days with No chipping

I saw these polishes got a lot of bad reviews but I decided to try them anyway and I am glad I did. People were complaining about them chipping right away however mine lasted 4 days with no chipping and only minimal chipping on the 5th day. I believe it may have been the top coats they were using. I used an all in one polish in clear as a base coat and then two top coats of the same, perhaps that is why mine lasted longer then a lot of other reviewers. If you really wanted to try these colors don't be afraid just make sure you are using a good top coat that isn't too old.

I WAS SHOCKINGLY HAPPY WITH THIS BUY - ALSO A LITTLE SMALLER THAN PICTURED BUT MINATURE, GREAT AS A GIFT OR IF YOU JUST WHAT TO TRY SOMETHING. BUY IT - TOTALLY WORTH THE TRY.

As with ANY nail polish what you use, what is used as your base coat and top coat are important. If you find the correct combination this nail polish DOES NOT come off in sheets. I waited until these went down to $9 then got all four sets. Worth the $9 even though the bottles are minis.

Loved the way the set looked in the box. The silver needs numerous coats and it still chipped off in couple of hours... So bummed - I had to return the set. $20 is a little pricey for the set. The bottles are small.

I noticed this set at the store right away, the sparkle caught my eye. I tried it at home 3 times and loved the color, however the polish comes off very easily, like next day it'll start to peel off. The next time I put it on I made sure to do a base coat and two top coats but no luck it still peeled off the next day which is too bad because I love the sparkle. If they improve their formula this polish will be great but the way it is now its not worth getting because it'll peel off right away. Had to return :(

So the nail polish looked awesome in store, after paying a hefty 18 dollars I got them home an couldn't wait to try them! Well day 1 they were chipping( yes I used a top and base coat)! Took them back immediately it's not worth the price of the headache.

I was attracted to this cute little trio because of the colors and price. Unfortunately it all chipped and flaked off within a few hours of application! I was very disappointed and got a refund. I won't be buying nail polish from Sephora again.

Quick Take: glamorous, chic, fabulous, sparkly
The nail polish glides on very easily. You need at least 2 coats for it to be opaque and a topcoat if you don't want it to start chipping after the first day. The colors look great on my nails.
