Quick Take: good value
i only used eye shadows so far and blush-and love this colors-i have olive tan skin-this made my skin look good-everything is right in one pallette-the only thing is missing is mascara-if it was on sale i would buuy another one- but the one pallette will due for now-i just started over a month ago using LM and i am fan-also the brown leather that covers pallette is classy looking-i have not tried the lip items -but this blush eyeshawdow-and little brush are so soft and nice-this is truly a keeper

at first glance, it seems to be gorgeous...but with laura mercier, i have come to expect very high quality products, and this was not it. the case itself was poorly constructed and jammed on me several times. the eyeshadow looks beautiful, until you actually put them on and realize that it lacks the pigments. the cheek and lips are so-so.
i am a big fan of her products but this definitely was not what i expected, especially when i paid close to 100bucks for it.

Gorgeous but too big

Once I received the palette, I could see why it was so expensive. It is very impressive in size and quality and was more like a mini makeup case than a traditional palette. Sadly, I ended up returning it because it was much bigger and heavier than what I wanted. If it were half the size, weight, and price, it would have been perfect, and I could see myself buying a few of these.

I loved the idea of this - the colors were a good mix, the wine lip color was amazing and the brushes were excellent. But the fabric of the case was soft and lint magnet-y and the zipper failed completely the 4th time I opened the case, ripping away at the seam. The lip color texture was hella soft too - hard to keep it neat. I returned it with regret, but a case like this has to be travel worthy to be worth having.

A nice product with eye shadows, cheek colors, lip glazes and brushes. The eye shadows are lovely and easy to apply. I've never used creame blush so this has been a new experience for me...it seems to take a lot of the cream for the blush to show up. The lip glazes are a huge disappointment. They last about 5 minutes and then they fade away. It's an expensive set for what you get.

I got this as a gift, and it is amazing! The mattes are really pretty. (The matte white is a great way to define your eyes) The shimmery ones are great for the holidays! The lip colors are very soft, creamy, and last a long time! Best gift i have gotten in ages! Brushes very good quality. They haven't shed yet! Overly all amazing! Totally worth $100

Quick Take: good value, travel size
I'm a sucker for palettes, but some definitely strike out while some get it right. This palette gets it right. The eye shadows are pretty and wearable with good pigmentation, the brushes are good quality. The blushes are probably the low point - they are okay but don't show up as much as I would like. The lip glosses work much better than I expected. They go on great with the lip brush and the colors show up well and look nice. I think this palette is pricey, especially compared to some others out this season, but you do get your money's worth.

So excited to get this palette, but it doesn't work for me. I have light skin tone with copper red hair and many of the colors just don't look right. Usually can't go wrong with Laura Mercier products, this one will be going back.
