This is a great set. I love the colors. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because The darkest color is not really for me and I wish the staying power was better. I really like how it doesnt get sticky and 3 of the colors are really great (even the super red looking one).

I tried the original, Black Honey, and really loved it. Lip products are my very favorite cosmetic to try, and this is one of my favorite collections. The colors are really pretty and sheer, and go on softly.

Great sheer colors

I'm pretty fair and often have a hard time finding lip color I like. To be honest, I figured I'd be giving one or two of these away, but I'm keeping them all. Very wearable sheer colors, 4 stars only for good but not great staying power. Fine with me, but others might want to know.

Didn't like the smell

it may be that i am so used to the Fresh products and that they smell like sugar, but i honestly did not like the smell of these Clinique products. Also, the colors did not show up unless i put a lot on. And, in putting a lot of product on, my lips felt waxy and heavy. I returned it.

They're all just ever so slightly different, but all have that great subtle color that looks naked -but-better and the perfect subtle gleam and smooth texture. I bought more for Christmas gifts, I'm sure everyone will like them as much as I do...

i have been using the Fresh sugar lip products for quite a while and saw great reviews about this product. i absolutely HATE the smell of these things. i admit that i may be spoiled by Fresh because the Fresh lip products smell like sugar, like candy. i cannot say what these things smell like, but to me, it was horrid. i tried on the Black Honey and had to layer layer layer to get any color to show up on my lips and the more i tried to build up the color, the stronger the smell became. i do have sensitive sinuses and the smell was more than i could bear. i returned these to the store. 2 stars because my lips did feel moisterized and if you like the smell, it is a good set for the price.

Quick Take: fabulous!
These little 'almost lipsticks' are a great gift... give the entire set as a gift for a special friend or sister, mom, daughter - OR - break it up and give one in each stocking! Either way, they're portable and the colours are fabulous.

Quick Take: lip tint
This is good if all you want is a tinted color on your lips. It glides on smoothly, moisturizes your lips, and gives a nice subtle tint to your lips.

I agree that these colors are too sheer apart from the flirty honey which I love. Black honey was very unflattering on me and the shy honey (pink) one was clear on me. The red color was not by unique. These did the job any lip balm would do. I would rather get the full size of flirty honey as its a very pretty color and is reasonably moisturizing on my lips. For reference I am very warm toned with medium pigmented lips. The set looks very pretty though

I'm African American, with a warm tan complexion & these lipsticks were so sheer on me. These lipsticks are very moisturizing, but lack any color pigment for women of color. I returned!

I got this set for my mom. After swatching in the store the colors seemed sheer. For a mature woman I think this will work great because the colors are flattering without being jarring. If she decides against keeping the set I would love to keep it for myself!

Great value! very hydrating, basically a cross between a tinted lip gloss and sheer lipstick. Love the Black Honey and Shy Honey-will probably buy those two in full size.

All thes look the same on my lips - nude!! I would have expected a little more color from these and a little more variety. I am pretty fair skinned and my lips are as well, so I am not sure why they all appear nude.
