Not the best quality

I ended up returning this. I have long, thin, straight hair and the only thing I straighten is my bangs. I didn't like this because the plates didn't match up properly and one side (towards the tip of the iron) clamped tighter then the rest. It ended up ripping out a few of my hairs and didn't straighten evenly. I really wanted to like this. It is the cutest little travel size and would have been perfect for what I needed.

I've already traveled with it and it heats up so quickly and stays hot just like the full size one. I'm confident that its good enough to style my whole head if need be. It works really well for those quick on the go touchups. I have thick natural hair and it straightens w/ just one pass. I also love the design. Wish it came with a heat proof fabric to set it on while using it.

Quick Take: cute, functional, great for travel, the cord is stiff at first
I got this travel sized flatiron before my vacation. It was the last one left and wasn't out on the floor. I asked a sales person if they had any small flatirons and she went right to a drawer and found this one. It is so cute I had to have it. In the end I didn't dare put it in my luggage for fear it'd get lost-haha--more valuable than anything else! I took an old one I had instead and now use this at home. It was stiff at first (the cord), but is fine now. The case is even cuter!

Quick Take: cute, travel-size
I grabbed this as soon as I saw it because it was inexpensive, it looked great for travel (so small and dual voltage) AND it came in the precious little pouch!
Sadly, it didn't get hot enough for me, and was also too little to style my thick, long hair.
I think it would work for touch-ups, or for bangs, and other reviewers have said. But it didn't work for me in place of a straightener or curling iron, so I returned it. :(

So cute but not worth it. It heats up fast, but goes straight to 400 degrees. The metal plates are exposed on the side of the straightener and it caused me to burn myself a couple times while trying to use it. Just buy a regular sized straightener.

Perfect size for quick touch ups

Quick Take: great for travelling touch ups curls bangs
The styler is perfectly sized for tidying up my fringe (bangs), and dropping some waves and curls into my layers. I don't straighten my hair, so i'm not trying to compare it to full size straighteners, but as a styler I am really pleased with what it does. Having said that, i do use it to straighten out little kinks in my hair too, and it works fine for that. It heats up quickly, and isn't big and cumbersome when dealing with smaller amounts of hair. I use it in Australia so the dual voltage was important to me - with a simple power adapter it works fine. And with its small size this is one hair styling tool that i will happily pack when travelling.

I am happy with this purchase. It is small which is great for traveling and getting stubborn bangs tamed, has high enough heat to get stubborn crinkles out, doesn't pull my hair out like my last flat iron did, and it was low cost. Overall great value.

Quick Take: small but powerful
This is a little gem. It works surprising well. I have another much more expensive smaller styler that doesn't do as well. Great for traveling or for touch ups. I wouldn't replace my very day larger styler but this is a great addition.

Good size for bangs but not the best

This is the perfect size for my bangs and the fine wavy hairs around my temples. It also adds nice shine. Mu complaint is that the plates don't line up evenly. It holds tighter on one end and thus curls that side of my bangs while the other is straight. Also with time it has started to pull at my hair and it grabs hairs at the end where the plates come together first and so I have to be very careful to avoid that.

I'm very impressed with this strainer I use on the front sides of my hair it strains precisely and I can easy give some volume, or just let it flat. It gets hot very fast so be carful

Quick Take: tiny, cute, pretty, efficient, priceless
I am so glad I got this! It is super small and super-duper cute. I live along the gulf coast and it can get pretty dang humid... Which can result in great hair going bad fast! I've actually feared the rain and humidity when at work thinking how will I walk back in after taking a break outside. Not any more! It's bag is smaller than my makeup bag, the cord is plenty long, and it heats up pretty quickly! No, it doesn't glide like my high dollar home flat iron but it does the job... And very well! Couldn't find any other minis to compare it to so I just got it and wow, I'm glad I did.

I purchased this for an upcoming trip. I tested it out and am glad I did. I really did not like this...it seemed to heat up ok, but grabbed my hair when I tried to straighten it. I have long, fine hair. This is probably fine for bangs or touch ups, but is nowhere near as good as a full size straightener. I returned it.
