Quick Take: mediocre
I actually went to the store to buy only the face wash because its AMAZING. doesn't hurt your eyes, takes off the day (you can see it all come off), and doesn't leave your skin dry at all. However I was very disappointed with the rest of the line. The moisturize was o-k... didn't really absorb into the skin well, and when I put a foundation over it, the cream made it look splocthy. I've also tried better exfoliants. I say just buy the facewash!

Do you like these products? Then this is the Best. Buy. Ever. It is a seasonal promotion, so next year if Philosophy brings it back, don't miss out! I love every product in this package. You will not be disappointed!

Quick Take: well worth every penny
This kit is so worth the money. So much product packed into this kit it's insane. I have suffered from adult acne for years and have never found a product out there that I can truley say works wonders. Philosophy does it in this kit. The creamy face wash purity leaves my skin so soft and clean without over drying. I love the micro delivery, I use it with the purity wash every night and in two weeks my acne has completely cleared up. I have not has anymore breakouts since I started using this kit. Hope in a bottle moisturizes my skin without being heavy or greasy. It is light and so nice to use. I love the 2 step peel kit included. Really helps remove dead skin build up and clear up black heads. I can't say enough about this kit and Philosophy. All the products in this package are amazing and well worth every penny. Would highly recommend. I wish I could buy 2 of this product. Get it id there are any left

Quick Take: best bet for savings
I am so glad I was able to get this set. They are full size products at a great price! Who really needs all the extra packaging for each one if you were yo buy them seperately anyway? Love all the products!

I love this whole set. I was just going to buy the microdelivery peel crystals and activating gel, but then I was directed to this lovely set. It has both the things I wanted plus two face washes, a moisturizer, and the firming cream. I have used everything but the firming cream since I purchased them and I LOVE how they work. My skin feels amazing after I use them and continues to feel great long after. I have a noticeably smoother face, and I have noticed a decrease in acne and general blotchiness. My bathroom is slowly turning in to a Philosophy-only zone. I can't recommend these products highly enough.

many reviewers raved about how purity made their skin clear up when used with the clarasonic and that was my biggest reason for purchasing this kit. After getting it I felt that the the hope in a tube was a complete waste and the hope in the jar was just okay. I know its supposed to do wonders but I honestly just can't get past the melted plastic smell of the lotion. The daily scrub is fine but pointless if you have a clarasonic brush. Over all I realized I could just buy the purity on it's own and could have even bough the hope in a jar for 12 dollars at the store. The sizes are huge so if you get bored of products and like to switch things up this definitely isn't the set to spend money on

I think its a good value set. The cleanser and the srub cleanser are huge bottles! Face and eye creams are a good size as well , i think they will last at least 3-4 months.Hope in a bottle moisturizer is very nice. Very light texture and keeps skin from drying, the Hope in a tube eye cream i didnt like. So far i dont see any difference in wrinkle size. I am using both for about a month now.

Quick Take: philosophy, the care package set, many wonderful facial things in kit
I always use Philosophy and was so pleased to get the things I needed in a kit! Thank you Sephora. My face is benefitting greatly from this. I love everything in the kit and needed it all. From the time you are a teen, a girl needs to begin using a good product for her face, cleanser and moisturizers, etc. Please begin this and never quit.

Quick Take: good value, excellent formula
I've been using this product for about a week now and I am already noticing a difference in my skin. It's smoother, brighter, and looks fresh. I have a problem with acne and dark marks and my existing acne has improved and I swear my scars are lightening already. The only CON I have is that I have experienced some dryness. But I do have combination skin so where it's dry is where my skin is most sensitive but the moisturizer included does a wonderful job of taking care of that. I will definitely buy this again.

I have loved all the Philosophy products I have ever tried. I rushed to buy this because I had a microdermabrasion for the first time, and it left my skin very dry and flakey, yuk! I knew I needed the exfoliater, and also the hope in a jar. This set was a great deal, better than buying them separately. And the purity is such a gentle cleanser it doesn't make me more dry. I have yet to try the microdelivery peel, but once my skin recovers I will.

I've tried Philosophy off and on throughout the years and never saw a marked difference in my skin. I purchased this set because of the value and being able to try the eye cream and the peel products which are ok. The eye cream is thick and creamy, but does cause me to tug a little more than I'd care to around my eye area. The moisturizer in my kit seems watery--which I don't recall it being before. I was given a sample of Full of Promise a few months ago and liked its consistency better. I'd like to see this kit offered with a customer's choice of moisturizer inside.

This is a great starter package to get if you're thinking about switching to Philosophy skin care. I love the Purity facewash. It was gentle and unscented. I love it so much I bought the face clothes too since the times I put make up on tend to also be times I'm drinking so the face wipes are much easier process for washing my face afterwards.
The Hope in a Jar and Hope in a Tube are both fantastic. A little goes a long way with both of them. Incredibly hydrating. I do notice on areas of my face that are prone to grease (third eye area and my nose crease) that it initially cause a small breakout but after consistently using it, that problem is going away.
The microdelivery wash is great. I don't feel like it is over abrasive but very nice for a little exfoliation. The microdelivery peel set is great. Immediately I felt a difference in skin texture and it didn't cause a breakout the next day like other sets have done to me. The small size is prefect since so little is needed and I only use it once a month.
In all, if you're looking to give yourself (or a friend who you feel comfortable giving a skin care line to) a nice holiday present, I'd highly recommend this. So wonderful.

Quick Take: good value
I am new to the philosopy line and was looking for a routine for my often time acne inclined sensitive skin. As one reviewer noted, I have tried too many products to name including prescriptive medication. This kit is a one stop shop to addressing aging skin, hyperpigmentation, and breakouts. I love it, am a fan, and will be reordering another kit as a back up.

At first I was hesitant to buy this because of the price tag but did so anyway! I'm so glad I did because it is absolutely worth it! All the products are great! My skin now looks and feels great! These products are a good size so it should last for a while!
