I'm totally jelly of her gold Glitter Eyeliner Mascara. She put it on while I was driving and was super astonished how smooth it went on. How noticeable and bright it was. How great the pigmentation was, and how charming and enchanting it seemed. Sooooooo cool!!!! Sooooo worth it! Sephora does it again! These are totally workable and worth it! I'm going to get one.... I just can't choose which color >.< They are pretty big too, so you get a lot for your money.

Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing, very glittery
I purchased this in Mystic Teal first & loved it sooo much that I had to go back & get them in Midnight Navy, & Party Purple. I have dark hair & eyelashes & found that these 3 colors look the best for darker hair (I'm sure the silver one would work also but silver is so boring, LOL). I did try them all in the store first before I bought them. I wasn't sure about how long they'd last, but the fact that they actually showed up on my eyelashes was what sold me. I'm so tired of purchasing mascaras that don't show up on my eyelashes. These totally work.
The mascara is harder to use than the liner is, but this doesn't mean it doesn't work. The mascara is harder to use because of the brush on the end for the liner. It's hard to get the inside of your eyes without getting some of the product on the bridge of your nose. I've figured out that using it as a regular mascara wand on the outside & middles of my eyelashes works best, & for the inside, swiping the tip of the liner brush under them, mimicking how I would use a regular mascara wand, just, you know, without using the actual wand, works very well. The wand is great for defining lashes, as it's a short bristled rubber wand, but it's not great for volume, so if you're looking for that, this isn't the mascara for you. I'm pretty sure it's mainly just for prettying up your eyes anyway. :) I usually use a mascara primer first, then use some regular black mascara over it, then to jazz it up a bit, I'll use some of this stuff. Even over the black mascara, the color shows up nicely. It doesn't clump up or flake off, & on another note, it's a little difficult to get rid of all the glitter, but that's a normal problem with glitter in general. The price is not bad either. The fact that the tube is clear means you can see the actual color of the product AND you can use up all of it (or at least try to).
I gave it 4 out of 5 stars simply because of the fact that it's a little difficult to use at first, but after playing around with it, it's rather easy. I wish there was another "simple" way the product packaging could have been executed, but unless it was a double-ended wand/brush, I can't think of another way to make it.

Although I don't use the mascara part, this glitter eyeliner is fantastic. I constantly get compliments on my eye makeup - and everybody is drawn to the glitter eyeliner. I don't find it

Quick Take: smudgable, cool and funky, totally work- apprppriate
It was really nice although it rubbed off pretty easily other than that its a great pro dust and gives the best fun and funky cat eye looks. I also love that it comes with mascara in the glitter tone.

Quick Take: long wearing
I have tried many glitter liners, and this, BY FAR, is the BEST product on the market. It glides on easily. The brush and handle are long enough for ease of application and making a straight line, and the product itself stays on and glistens for the entire day and into the night. I never have to reapply. GREAT colors to choose from.

I tried the plain glitter in and the liner clumped and it took 10 coats, no joke, to get anything to stick. Willing to try the other colors just not the plain glitter!

i love the eyeliner portion of this... I use it on myself for nights going out and also on my daughter for her dance performances. however, i can't stand the mascara portion of the brush. I can't imagine using this products on the eyelashes as the glitter can make the liquid thicker than I would want on my lashes. I want an eyeliner ONLY brush!!

I am extremely upset with this product. I have been using the regular glitter liquid liner by Sephora daily for at least 4 years. When I went in to get a new bottle I was told it was discontinued & this is the new replacement for it. It does not work as well & the mascara part of the brush makes it impossible to apply good liquid liner. There is also WAY too much glitter in the new formula. I could wear the old version as an everyday liner because it was black with a hint of glitter, this liner makes it look like I'm ready to hit the clubs. Very disappointed.

I liked the old formula better because it wasn't as thick. Having said that, the new formula is nice to use as mascara. I would only apply it on the tips of your lases though and only after you have applied your normal mascara.

I loved the color, but the sparkles would eventually unglue and a few would fall into my eyes. I wear contacts and so it wasn't a pleasant experience. I had to return. I was really torn in keeping it, but after a 2nd time wearing it I had to give into the uncomfortableness.

A little difficult to apply the mascara with the liner on the end but really it great for going out. It adds a ton of glitter and comes in tons of colors. I have the silver since that is the color I wear the most.

Quick Take: long lasting
I absolutely love this glitter eyeliner/mascara! It doesn't take much to glam up a look from day to night with this sparkling formula. I have tried so many different glitters for eyeliner and this one is by far one of the best! It has a long lasting time frame used with eye primers and a strong shimmer that makes the eyes pop when used in the right places. I only thing I didn't care for so much was the applicator. I found the tip that is supposed to be used for the eyeliner was very flimsy and too short. If you got to close to the eye lid , the mascara applicator touches the lid and creates a real mess if you are in a rush to go somewhere when you apply it. I just wish the eyeliner part was a little longer and less flimsy. Overall the formula they use is long lasting and looks great for going to a party after a 5 hour day of work/school.

When ordering this, I was very excited. When getting it and trying it out, not so much. This is great for a club night or a rave perhaps. But even then, it just looks like something is in your eye, or that you're even crying because of the way it reflects light. My boyfriend couldn't stand it and demanded I wash it off because he kept confusing it for something in my eye hah! It is very long laster, perhaps too long laster... It was very hard to wash out, which is what glitter is infamous for. It also burned a bit using the eye liner tip part. I stick with using it mostly for my eye lashes. I also got it in the silver.

I bought this because i wanted some bling for a show that i was performing in. I did a test run the day before to see how it would look. I love the color (white ice). very pretty, but it's also a bit hard to put on since it's a bit dry.
When i took it off, i couldn't take off all the glitter. Also, the glitter got in my eyes and made my eyes hurt and turn red. So needless to say, I had to return it. It's because the glitter isnt the fine kind.

I purchased this with a friend in store and we were surprised at the beautiful color, pigment, and quality of VIP Gold (the only one we tried) of this line of liners and mascara glitter in one. It was a beautiful color, non messy, easy to apply, and did not get everywhere. My friend put in on he eye lines in an instant at a red light and it didn't transfer to her above lid and looked gorgeous instantly. This is definitely a good investment and lasted the rest of the day.

Everything I wanted!

After seeing makeup using gold eye liner on Pinterest, I knew that was what I wanted to do for prom! I went to a couple of different beauty shops before Sephora, but the sales associate there was beyond helpful! She showed me lots of different products to make sure I got what I was looking for. She recommended this product and I took her word. It was SO easy to apply and looked great! The lash brush is a nice touch as well to give your eye lashes a little sparkle! Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Sephora!
